super close to city centre and supermarket! was so easy to walk where we needed to go! The staff were so lovely and we felt we could always just ask a question, it was warm, clean, and had all the things we needed for our weekend stay. would definitely stay here again 100% !

Great location, just a few minutes' walk to the central shopping area and waterfront. Very friendly and helpful staff who did a good job of cleaning the property. Unfortunately, many of the guests did NOT clean up after themselves around the kitchens and showers.

Basic dorm accommodation but comfortable enough and great communal facilities. Add in a spectacular setting and friendly staff and there really is nothing to grumble about here!

We stayed in a private cabin with ensuite. It was fairly new and it was clean. We also had access to the shared kitchen which was handy. Very happy with our stay.

Cute little cabin, staff were extra helpful. Other housemates were friendly and thoughtful. Easy walk to town right near the base of the chairlift.

It was a warm welkom and I stayed for a week, they put longstay together, so i got to know my roommates and they were very nice. I really enjoyed my week there. In the evening there were activities like bingonight, movienight, gamingchallenge etc. I had lucky with a free parkingplace but there are not many spots so that’s the only minor…

The staff were so nice! Really great place to stay on a budget too. Very nice location- you can walk right down to shops, hikes, and other fun activities. LOVED it! Would definitely book again :)

Good studio room for two people with all the needed amenities inside except the shared bathroom part which was outside the room premises in the main building which was a bit inconvenient. Great location nearby to Queenstown center. Overall good value was money!

I had the small, private room with a double bed, which was the way to go. Short walk to the bathroom. Shower had hot water with good pressure. Clerk was friendly and helpful at check in. Short walk into the center of town. Queenstown can be very expensive, this was a good alternative.
