Units recently renovated and like new. Very comfortable bed and ample hot water for a good shower. Nice and comfortable and close to shopping and dining.

Hotel was clean and very spacious. The beds were very comfy. An easy walk to restaurants and shops. We were only a short distance away from the soccer venue which was the reason for being there.

We got more than was advertised. The four of us (one couple, two singles) I thought were going to be in one room. It was two rooms - one with a king bed and one (lounge) with a queen bed and reasonably comfortable pull-out. Very large bathroom with shower AND spa bath and toilet. Large bedroom. The quietest motel we've ever stayed in despite being quite close to the road. The quietest fridge we've ever had (no need to turn it off at night) and a TV in each of the sleeping rooms. Towels and tea bags etc. changed/updated every day. Comfortable beds with electric blankets. Couldn't find an airbnb for four at anywhere near this price. A

Stayed here for business. Check in was easy. Room was clean and well maintained. Not too many immediate eating options but the main part of Napier isn't too far away.
