What else can we say about top of the city without sounding like tracee paid us to say it! We promise.. She didn't stay when I had my first stay in June. We are just from Nelson and just wanted to be away for a weekend break with our lovely little dog. Top of the town popped up as accepting pets so I immediately made a booking. We won't ever venture anywhere else when visiting Picton were so impressed by this place. We just stayed in October again. We had no plans for the long weekend, but we had saved traces number on our phone from our previous trip and called her and she remembered us immediately. I have room, get ourselves over! It's great to hear from you both, come over anytime and text when you are near! See you shortly! It's like visiting your aunt's house to hang out for the weekend. The bed comfort and towels were topnotch, and the best sleep we'd had in months 1010 was caused by the incredible shower pressure, real high quality towels, and cleanliness was immaculate. No matter if you have a dog or not, this location is an excellent, safe choice for quality accommodations at a very affordable price. After two days of traveling from Beriberi to Greymouth, we arrived in Picton late at night due to the ferry being delayed in Wellington and tracee met us in the front. It's good to find somewhere like this that is pet friendly.

Very dog friendly with great facilities for dog. Very clean and well presented. Love the coffee bags! Nice garden to sit in and the dog can use the lot of off street parking and a great location for the ferry wharf.

We passed through Picton. We stayed on the town's top a few years ago and tracee and bryan made us feel so welcome that we wanted to stay with them again. It was wonderful, they welcomed us like old friends, and it was wonderful to be back. I like to stay somewhere clean. It's very clean, contemporary, immaculate, our room was spacious, water bottles in the fridge, microwave, bathrobes, etc. We traveled the South Island and stayed at other places where I had to clean the room before unpacking my things. What a relief to stay with them and be of high quality. Top marks again to the city!.

This hotel is the best pet friendly stay I have ever had. Tracee and Brian are so friendly and warm. They are also very accommodating and looked after our large puppy like a family member. We can enjoy the nice, spacious garden. The rooms we stayed in were nice and comfortable, as well as the beds. We will stay again in the future.
