The quality of service provided to me when we ordered a burger and snacks was very impressive. The staff were also efficient and courteous. I wasn't even a visitor and was treated like a vip person. I can only imagine how excellent the service would be if I were a guest.

My husband and I stayed here for a few days after flying into managed and will definitely be back. After reading some of the other reviews, my best advice is to manage your expectations! This is not a star mexican resort. It is not a fairmount or a cameron. But it is a great little hotel with a lot of personality in a managed area youll want to explore. The hotel offers a shuttle from the airport for $ 14. Usd at the time of writing, so you can book this ahead if you dont want to navigate the chaos of the taxi scrum when you arrive. You can also arrange a hotel driver instead of a taxi, which we chose to do so so he would wait for us while we received our phone cards at the mall and not have to explain to another driver how to get us back. At the time of writing, this service was 10 usd per hour. It is a smaller building in the center of the city of central America, but it is tidy and comfortable. The next room is a smaller, more screened out area where the kids can have fun. Its a wonderful place to slumber in the morning, but my 64-year-old was begging for a hug. You can do so in the courtyard, so please ask the receptionist for dinner. We found the fish and chips in the backyard

The hotel looks old, but it's nice, tidy, and has everything a hotel should. They are the ones who will make your stay wonderful. They will ask if you had a good day and listen to your answers. They will be happy to answer any questions you may have about management and your future trips.

The parking spot is on the road in front of the hotel, they picked up our car. The owner was friendly and helpful. They packed us some sandwiches. It's not expensive, but comfortable, colorful, and a nice place to be.
