A nice hotel. Fantastic location, 2 blocks from the cathedral. Small but comfortable room. A/C and fan! Three options for breakfast in the morning. All very filling. Would return.

As with other guests who reviewed los balconies. Its filthy, musty, and filthy. The floor was covered with dust and my room smelled like dust. Two other couples in my group had to switch rooms because their toilets were either broken and leaking on the floor or not working. We were a group of 10. They even forgot our reservation. I am aware of the troubles, strife, and sacrifice of the Nicaraguan people at the moment, but it seemed like nobody had stayed at this hotel in at least six months. Nothing prepared and nothing clean. It's quite unfortunate, but it's a fact. The bed was comfortable and the room itself was spacious. It was dusty, but ok. The restroom was small, and my shower was poor at best. It sprays horizontally, and it's electric. I wasn't touching it with exposed wires. I endured. I had a balcony room with a large, old wooden doorway that lead to what was once a noisy street full of activity. That wasn't great either. That wasn't terrible. However, worthwhile. The breakfast area next to the reception is ghost town, nothing like the Trip Advisor photos. And, I speak moderate Spanish. One employee was friendly and helpful. Up the road is a lively pub that is only 100 meters away. The hotel offers good safety and security.

This hotel is a wonderful find! The courtyard is absolutely incredible—it's a beautiful and peaceful space that makes the entire hotel feel so cozy and inviting. The rooms were decent and very comfortable, and the air conditioning worked perfectly, which was a huge plus. We were also so impressed with the staff; everyone was exceptionally friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. Our only minor wish is that the hotel had a more robust bar and restaurant. While the current offerings are fine, a more extensive menu and bar would really complete the experience. We had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this hotel for its charm, friendly staff, and amazing courtyard. We'd definitely return.

Good location close to cental plaza, central market/local buses with lots of dining options within seven blocks. The hotel had air conditioning and hot water in shower. Room was clean but swimming pool was not. Staff was helpful.

The hotel itself is nice. It could use some upgrades. Pool needs cleaning. Staff is lovely and helpful. Breakfast is delicious and free.

The location is good. The location is good as it is located near the busy street. They even darken the balcony because of their impressive old doors. The building looks ancient but has beautiful wooden floors. We got a good shower and a good bar and breakfast. The employees were very friendly and funny.
