My expectations were met in every respect. The staff is truly welcoming, accommodating, and eager to assist. The owner graciously upgraded my daughter and me to a spacious apartment that actually was an apartment with tons of space, a gigantic living room, balconies with fantastic views of the city and distant volcanoes, a kitchen, a large bedroom, and a lot of space to spread out. The ac was excellent as well! I was astonished by how tidy and spacious this was, and I greatly appreciated the upgrade. I also found the proprietor extremely helpful in arranging transportation for my daughter and me to Leon and back to managed and then to San Juan Playa Madras, once more, let me say that once more. He was gracious in his time and made my experience flawless. I'm extremely grateful for your help. Numerous eateries, banks, and retail are all within walking distance of the excellent location. It was spotless and wellkept. Everything we required was perfect! I appreciated the complimentary coffee and wholesome meals for breakfast and lunch.

Although the rooms are simple, they are all adequate such as a kitchenette. Although the location is near puerto salvador, I believe it is a long distance away. Moreover, zone viva galleries is a bit closer. This hotel is suitable for one-night stays.

This hotel is located in a residential area and is quite comfortable with big rooms and surprisingly big rooms. The location is not close to the city center and car rental is probably the best complement for a stay at this location

I will definitely stay here again. The price here is fair and a good value. And then, the suite is good, and there is a kitchen and sitting room, plus a door to the bedroom. Besides that, the security parking area is also nice.

This is a great hotel, with everything you could possibly want and a friendly and helpful staff. We were informed not to stay in managed, but this hotel changed our minds. It is not on a main drag, but it is safe. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with an iron, hairdryer, coffee maker, cups, saucers, plates, and cozy beds, taxi service on-site, and even a scale outside to weigh luggage! Excellent breakfast.
