We only stayed for one night while touring the UK. The staff could use some improvement. Jewish hotel. Although the rooms were excellent, they did not have sufficient amenities. Previous guests had used some of the toiletries without having seen them. It was wonderful to have surya African barbecued chilli meat strips in the executive lounge, and the staff was friendly. There was a lovely but small pool, which seemed too tiny for me to swim in.

Even better, visit Shoprite for coffee and snacks. The location is fantastic. Without that, nothing great. Beautiful from the outside. The lobby is lovely. The buttock is made of tough buttock cushions. My back was torn. Hot chocolate and raspberry tea are both great options for hot water and tea. For my coffee, which I had just recently brought, my husband went down for cream. They claimed to have sent room service. Everything but cream was brought. We stayed in a modest suite with a tiny noisy air conditioner. For all the partying, I was unable to swim in the pool. Bongs were everywhere. An apparently private party with very loud music. This is 2017. Who doesn't have a fantastic pool and complimentary coffee creamer? With such low costs, who doesn't have coffee and cream in every room? But the setting is great. Easy to locate and ikea mall is right next door.

We did not like it at all, the staff was good at checking us in and the receptionist and they were also very rude if you were asking someone to give us a menu and waiting for so long for them to turn their heads. I don't recommend that you go to the restaurant unless you want to wait a long time. The room size was very small, and dirty. I also thought the AC was outdated. Maybe they didn't give you a remote control or the thermostat in the room.

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone as it is an embarrassment to the hospitality industry, with extremely poor customer service even from the hotel manager Sunil or his pupil cannot remember his name. Due to the extremely poor service we received, we couldn't stay more than one night at the hotel. When the manager brought this up, his handling of the situation was beyond his expectations. When asked why the key to the safe from another room could also unlock the safe in our room, as we discovered due to checking into two rooms in our case, there was no credible explanation. The housekeepers tend to access your room when you are downstairs for breakfast we thought it odd and he said it was a normal practice at the hotel, such as cleaning rooms at that time of the morning without realizing we were checking out that morning the managers response wasn't convincing either. On a positive note, the onsite restaurants' cuisine is very delectable and freshly made but takes a long wait. I would recommend a preorder at the restaurant for meals to be ready for service at a certain time so that the kitchen staff can prepare and prepare them. In conclusion, based on our experience at the hotel, we will not recommend a stay here, but a visit to the restaurant for a meal is recommended. It is a really good hotel, very close to the Ikea mall and State Secretariat. A good hotel for business travel. The rooms are nicely furnished. The breakfast is standard English breakfast. Also if you can enjoy a Nigerian breakfast. The amenities are good. The pool and bar.

Friendly staff except for some restaurant staff noted for unprofessional and unfriendly attitude. Good value for money. Good amenities and services. My wife and I had a pleasant and relaxing time made enjoyable by friendly staff. I'd recommend the hotel to frequent visitors to Lagos. Awaiting reward of stay 10 nights and get 1 night free.

The hotel is in a great location. This hotel is beautiful, spacious and well-maintained. It is a one-minute walk to Ikeja Shoprite and other restaurants. The hotel has plenty staffs, all well-trained, courteous and very helpful. The rooms are modern and also very spacious. I stayed in a mini suite and also experienced a standard room which was great. The beds are comfortable, however, I suggest that special attention be paid to the cleaning of the headboards on the beds. The air conditioning works very well. Also, the WiFi here is very strong, good for both video calling and surfing the web. The bathrooms are clean, spacious with unlimited supply of hot water. The breakfast is decent and there is a lot to choose from on the menu. There is quite a lot of sitting areas outside of the rooms where one can just simply relax or chat with guests.

The check in was delayed as staff claimed there was no booking. That the booking did not appear on their system. After a long discussion I was checked in with the provision that more checking will be done and I would be informed. As if I could be ejected.
