HOUSE MANUAL*

*CHECK-IN/CHECK OUT*
*FLAT NUMBER: 2G*
Our check in time is 3:00pm and check out time is 12:00pm.

Delayed check out is not allowed expcept communicated with the manager.

*KEYS*
We will have a representative around to check you in and hand you the keys.

*IDENTITY CARD*
It is important to show an ID card before your check in.

*POWER SUPPLY*
We run on a 24hours power schedule. If the power goes out and doesn't come on in 15mins, kindly reach out to the manager.

*INTERNET ACCESS*
You have unlimited internet access.

*LAUNDRY AND CLEANING*
There is a washing machine in the kitchen. The machine washes and spins, however there is a Drying rail at the backyard.

Our cleaners would be at the apartment to change sheets after every 3 nights. The housekeeper comes in at most 5 times in a week.

The cleaners are available between 10am to 2pm daily. Kindly communicate your preferred cleaning time ahead, for proper scheduling.

*HOUSE RULES*

*SMOKING IS NOT ALLOWED*
Indoor or outdoor

*PARTIES & DECORATIONS*
This is not allowed as this is a residential estate.
Putting any form of decoration on our walls and ceiling is not permitted.

*PHOTOGRAPHY & VIDEOGRAPHY*
is not permitted, the apartment is strictly residential, and no commercial shoot (photography and videography) is permitted except otherwise properly communicated and agreed upon.

*APPLIANCES*
Appliances and switches should be turned off when leaving the apartment, please remember to turn off ALL appliances not in use while in the apartment especially the water heater so you dont run out of units.

*BEDDINGS*
and towels are not to be taken outside the apartment. Missing beddings and/or towels attract a charge. If any of our beddings and towels are found to be missing upon check out, Guest will be penalized.

*PARKING*
You have access to a parking space marked 2g. You can also ask the security or housekeeper for more clarity.

*ESTATE ACCESS*
There is a dedicated phone in the apartment with the security number saved on it. This allows you to give access to anyone you wish. Misplacing it means you have to replace it.

*EXTENSION*
Only dates paid for are reserved, if you intend to extend it is advisable to make full payment at once as we might receive other bookings.
