I have had a great experience staying at this hotel. For eight nights, my husband and I stayed at the Onspring Hotel. Although the hotel does not have a gym, as it is indicated on application, it was still a pleasant area to walk around and stretch your legs! The majority of the staff was friendly, and the manager was excellent. She apologized for missing breakfast the first morning as the restaurant staff did not have it ready when we asked for it and arranged for us to have one complimentary dinner. The breakfast we only get for one meal per day when booking a standard double for two people! Because it was not disclosed prior to booking, I thought this was unfair. There was free wifi available for six out of eight nights, and because only one towel was used in the room, we had to ask for extra towels. Despite the minor issues, I enjoyed staying there and would definitely stay there again soon!.

Despite the few little issues, it was still a pleasant and enjoyable experience, and we would go back to this hotel in the future. For eight nights, my husband and I remained at the offspring hotel. Despite the fact that this hotel does not have a gym, as stated on expedite, it was a pleasant area to stroll around and stretch your legs! The manager was outstanding, and the majority of the personnel was friendly. She apologized for us missing breakfast the first morning because the restaurant staff did not have it ready for when we requested it, instead, they arranged for us to have one complimentary dinner. The exception is, however, if you reserve a basic double for two individuals, you will only get breakfast for one and have to pay for the second person every day! This, in my opinion, was arbitrary because it was not explained for reference prior to booking. We had to request an additional towel because only one was provided in the room, and the complimentary wifi was up for six out of eight nights. We had to request an extra towel even though only one was provided there. Despite a few minor issues, I had a great time while there and would return soon!.

Dirty room Dirty and wet bathroom, water from shower escapes into bathroom floor. Water closet has permanent stain. Room surfaces -tables, chairs, desks dirty and not wiped. Staff conduct not nice especially the bar girl, very rude. Bed sheet and duvet was dirty and itchy I had to request a clean one which was brought over after 3 hours, before I could sleep. Towel and bath soap wasn’t provided until I requested. A.C can only be used when their power supply around 7-8pm, and not during the day. Lastly, hotel is not in Ikeja, as I was deceived to believe it was in Ikeja online. Hotel is in gbagada. It was a terrible experience

We booked a room at this hotel to have a relaxing weekend away, initially after booking, the hotel called and claimed that they only received a partial payment from Expedia, so I contacted Expedia and they tried contacting the hotel but were unsuccessful. We tried connecting with the hotel again and they then claimed that there was no booking at all and that they hadnt received any payment from Expedia. Still, Expedia tells me that the hotel claimed that we canceled our booking. The hotel will not return our funds and neither will Expedia, I do not recommend using this hotel, I would hate to see that happen to someone else. UPDATE: since I initially wrote this review Expedia successfully advocated to the hotel to return our funds, the same funds that they claimed to have never received, we have since received a full refund. I still would not recommend this hotel.
