While the location isn’t quite as good as the other Thons in the city, it tends to be cheaper and with an extra few minutes walk. The staff are friendly and helpful, it’s clean and comfortable rooms and reception area. Excellent breakfast spread. I’d stay there again.

Great stay here conveniently located near the centre with tram stops nearby. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel was clean, breakfast was varied and always good.

Great breakfast, good veg options as well. Pancakes and the chocolate spread ....chefs kiss! Location was great, near Oslo central station and short walk to the Opera house. 7-11 literally across the street. Only small complaint is the shower as typical Euro style, the door doesn't fully enclose so a bit of water splashes out. First world problem though. Loved th front desk staff, very nice and helpful

Top Hotel im Stadtzentrum und trotzdem relativ ruhig. Der Hauptbahnhof und somit alle öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel sind in ca. 5 min zu Fuss erreichbar. Das Zimmer im 6. Stock hatte Dachschrägen, welche einiges an Platz wegnehmen. Der vorhandene Platz wurde aber optimal genutzt und das Zimmer war geräumig. Das Bad war ebenso geräumig und es war überall sehr sauber. Ausgezeichnetes Frühstücksbuffet welches fast keine Wünsche offen lässt.

A great hotel with amazing staff. Very clean and well maintained. The breakfast was fantastic with a wonderful variety of foods. One of the best fitness facilities experienced at a hotel. Close to the train station. The only minor complaint was the street noise from the bars below but that is beyond the hotel’s control. Thank you Thon

We had a great stay at Thon Hotel Spectrum. The check in experience was superb & we were even able to check in early after arriving on the sleeper train. The room was spacious, comfortable, & clean. We had a coffee machine which was very good, & was topped up daily. As seasoned travellers we have had many hotel breakfasts but this was by far the best - plenty of space for a large hotel, so much choice & variety, & attentive staff. I would choose this hotel again in a heartbeat!

Der Empfang war super freundlich, das Zimmer sehr gemütlich und das Bett bequem. Auch das Frühstück war sehr lecker und es war für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Ich würde hier jederzeit wieder übernachten.

The room was European size. Two single beds that were very comfy. No problem sleeping as the hotel is very quiet. Coffee & tea in the lobby all day. The big plus is the breakfast (included). The best I have seen in my years of travel. As I heard one person say “it’s a feast”. Obviously this hotel knows what tourists need to get their day started. Lots of choice including great coffee and protein choices.
