we had a two bedroom apartment on level 6 which had breathtaking views in two directions. The apartment was fully equipped. We wanted for nothing and loved every minute of our stay in Tromso in this apartment.

Nice view of the Arctic cathedral. Apartment was very clean and had a great location. There was an airport express bus down the street. A 10 minute walk to the Main Street in the city center. The heated floors in the bathroom were wonderful. However, it would be helpful to have instructions on how to turn the heat down. We had to keep the windows open to cool down the apartment.

We booked the Grand apartment for 5 nights for 4 adults based on the description that there would be 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. However, there was only 1 bathroom, and the secondary bedroom was very tiny with a window facing the corridor. There should be pictures showing this bedroom so we know what to expect, but both the description and pictures are very misleading. You can see 195 images but not one shows this bedroom. Other than that, the apartment is very spacious. The main bedroom is big, but bare. They could easily have added a dresser and at the very least, a mirror! I took down the mirror at the entrance to place it in the main bedroom since the only other mirror is in the one and only bathroom. I also used the ironing board as an extra table to put things on. The address shown here is not correct. The real address is Nordøstpassasjen 15, right by the bridge and not in the city centre. The location is fine and close to the main walking street and tour meeting points. We received pictures from the host showing the entrance and an email with the door codes. The apartment is clean and warm. You get things provided like body/hair shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, thin toilet paper, dishwashing soap and tablets, washing machine tablets, garbage bags, plates, mugs, glasses, pots, pans, cutlery, one bath and one hand towel each. Tea and coffee capsules were provided, but it wasn't enough so we had to buy more. Bring your own salt/pepper/oil. Overall, a pleasant stay.

The apartment was clean and well stocked with cutlery plates and everything that was needed for our stay. Views of the mountains from the balcony and only a few minutes walk from the town center. I loved it. Well worth the money. I will definitely be back.

Excellent location. Bakery and restaurants a few minutes away from apartment and just a short walk to the main area of town. Very clean, very nice place to stay, and communication with management was outstanding. Would definitely consider staying there again!

Very straightforward to check in, great apartment in a really good location. Maximum of 15 minute walk to everything within the town centre and we managed to find a slope outside so that our kids could sledge just outside of the apartment block. Managed to see the northern lights from under the bridge outside the hotel (created enough of a shadow to see as is very well lit in this area) Would definitely stay here again x

Für uns hatte das Apartment die beste Lage überhaupt. Wir sind mit dem Flughafen-Expressbus bis zur letzten Station (Hotel Dock) gefahren und von dort waren es nur noch ein paar Schritte bis zur Unterkunft – sehr bequem mit Gepäck. Besonders begeistert hat uns der wunderschöne Ausblick vom Apartment:  Blick auf die Eismeerkathedrale und die umliegenden Berge – einfach traumhaft! Auch das Arctic Gate (Arktische Tor) ist direkt nebenan. Von dort kann man bei guter Sicht sogar Polarlichter beobachten. Das Apartment war sauber, gut ausgestattet und sehr gemütlich. Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an wohlgefühlt. Wenn wir wieder in Tromsø sind, werden wir definitiv dieses Apartment erneut buchen!

Everything.. instructions for the garbage dump was a bit confusing and the cover for the garbage was hidden somewhere in the bin .it was a bit confuding and had to get new garbage bags. Apart from that everything was great 👍

This hotel fully met my expectations. I mainly needed: 1. Close to activity meeting points – only an 8–9 minute walk. 2. Cooking facilities – the kitchen has a wok and cooking pot, great for simple meals. 3. Clean and tidy – the apartment was clean and tidy. Perfect stay! Also, guests who plan to cook in the apartment are recommended to bring cooking oil, salt and basic seasonings.
