Check-in time is after 2 PM on check-in date and check-out is before 12 PM on check-out date. Pease ensure that you collect all your belongings and depart at the given time as clean-up is required before arrival of next guest.

Please comply with ‘Fair Usage Policy’ for all utilities. Turn off all lights, fans, ACs and other appliances when not in use and before you leave the premises. In case these are found running in your absence, you will be informed and the management will turn them off, in which case you will not make claims of any sort against the management.

Please take care of all your valuables and belongings as it is your responsibility. The management will not be responsible for any loss incurred during your stay.

Excessively loud noise or music is not permitted at any time.

Please use all electronics and other amenities with care.

No items may be removed from the property, moved or damaged. If there is any damage to any item or property, guests will be charged according to the cost of it.

If there is any spillage on the rugs, upholstery, sheets etc., please try to clear up as much as you can right away. Careful use will be highly appreciated. Extensive damage such as tears or burns maybe charged.

Please ensure that the main entrance door and the gate are closed at all times. This prevents dust and insects from entering the premises.

If you have little children with you, do not leave them unattended. Their safety is solely your responsibility.

There are trash bins all around the property so kindly deposit all trash in them. Please dispose off all diapers, sanitary napkins and other trash in dustbins and not in the toilet drains or commodes.

No illegal or immoral activities are allowed inside the premises.

This property is for families or groups of professionals only. Unmarried couples not allowed.

No parties/events will be held in the premises.

Keeping the place clean & tidy will be highly appreciated.

Absolutely no smoking inside the property. You can smoke in the garage.

It is mandatory to provide original means of identification e.g. CNIC, Passport or Driving License during check in.

Foreigner/s with Pakistani visa need to submit soft copies of passport/s for registrations.

The number of guests will not exceed the number of guests communicated before booking.

The housekeeper stays on the premises 24/7 in order to help with check in/check out getting anything from the market etc. He stays in the garage most of the time and goes to the rooftop after working hours.

You will be given a cleaned listing. If cleaning needs arise because of the use of listing by you during a long stay, each extra cleaning round will be charged separately.
