 Check-in time is after 3pm on check-in date and check-out is before 12 noon on check-out date. Pease ensure that you collect all your belongings and depart at the given time as clean-up is required before arrival of next guest.

 Please comply with ‘Fair Usage Policy’ for all utilities. Turn off all lights, fans, ACs and other appliances when not in use and before you leave the premises. In case these are found running in your absence, you will be informed and the management will turn them off, in which case you will not make claims of any sort against the management.

 Please take care of all your valuables and belongings as it is your responsibility. ZAHA Vacation Homes will not be responsible for any loss incurred during your stay.

 Kindly keep noise minimum in late hours so other residents in the building are not disturbed. Excessively loud noise or music is not permitted at any time.

 Please use all electronics and other amenities with care.

 Generator will be turned on by the staff in case of power shutdown. Do not use heavy appliances like hairdryers, electric kettle, microwave oven, etc., when the generator is on.

 No items may be removed from the property, moved or damaged. If there is any damage to any item or property, guests will be charged according to the cost of it.

 If there is any spillage on the rugs, upholstery, sheets etc., please try to clear up as much as you can right away. Careful use will be highly appreciated. Extensive damage such as tears or burns maybe charged.

 Since there are stairs and elevators outside the entrance, please ensure that the door is closed at all times if you have little children with you. Also, do not leave children unattended in the terrace. Their safety is solely your responsibility.

 There are trash bins all around the property so kindly deposit all trash in them. Please dispose off all diapers, sanitary napkins and other trash in bathroom dustbins and not in the toilet drains or commodes.

 Pets are not permitted into the premises.

 If you wish to conduct a party or event in the terrace, contact us for their rental rates, rules and requirements.

 No illegal or immoral activities are allowed inside the premises.

 Keeping the place clean & tidy will be highly appreciated.
