I had a wonderful time during my stay here. The personnel were courteous and pleasant, the rooms were clean and the food was delicious. It was a good stay from arrival till check-out. There is a large variety for breakfast and the restaurant for lunch and dinner in the evening. The staff made sure that both rooms were connected when I booked two different rooms. Thanks.

The rooms are very nicely maintained. The cafe de brand restaurant is located in the center of Lahore. The breakfast is served at the Cafe de Brand restaurant. The lobby design is nice and the staff is professional. I think this is a very good place to stay. Big rooms, hotel parking, and banquet facilities are all perfect.

The building is built in 1889 and is in good condition, however, it is also in need of some repair and maintenance. And, the place is very suitable for a boutique hotel. However, it still needs a serious renovation, it is outdated, its mattress is also dirty and the bed is uncomfortable.

Upon entry, you are in for a 5-star experience. When you come, the staff offers a warm welcome and an efficient check-in process. The motel was kind enough to give me a complimentary backdrop driver from the airport. The property is located in a trendy area of the city, far from the city center. The executive room was bright and clean, with all the essentials. The bed was comfy, and there were charging sockets close to the bed, which was a big plus. The bathroom had all basic amenities, and there was a hot shower. The historic areas of the lobby and other areas of the hotel have been carefully preserved. I didn't like the limited breakfast selection. There could be more continental options, but the lively and helpful restaurant staff makes sure you're well-fed. To make it more soundproof, the hotel should be doing more to make its rooms more soundproof. Someone would easily walk, talk, or the room service staff moving through the corridor. There were some tiny bugs in the rooms. Toilet slippers should be offered.

I will stay here again and recommend it to visitors to Lahore. The hotel staff is really kind, and the rooms are also very neat and clean. The family trip is the best, so is the business trip.
