I stayed here for four nights. Due to the pandemic covid 19 it was not operational at its maximum capacity. The staff is also friendly, and the setting is ideal. The check-in process went well and quickly. Although the rooms are big, the setting is a bit outdated. The bathrooms need updating. Housekeeping employees respond a bit late. The room service was excellent. Breakfast was ok, but it could have been better if more guests had come. The rates are fair. This can compete effectively if management continues to work hard.

The hotel staff was very kind, so I have good impression. The interior room decor was very amazing, the receptionist was very friendly. There is a Wifi facility. The breakfast buffet was so good and served in a peaceful area. I will certainly stay here again.

I am pleased with this place, I will stay here again. I will stay again in this place if I will stay long. The location is superb, as is the breakfast. The room size which is fantastic, they are spacious and pleasant. The room service is very friendly and kind. I had a late-night meal for room service, they served it quickly, and it was delicious and worth the money.

The hotel is good to stay, the property is clean and very pleasant. Moreover, the management of this hotel is also excellent and cooperative. It was located in the centre of Islamabad. It has a good and quiet atmosphere. It is conveniently located near the International Airport of Islamabad. All public transportation is convenient there. Overall, it's a really nice place to stay with friends and family.

NO ROOM SERVICE!! When I came back in the evening, my rubbish bins were still full of rubbish. I found no shampoo and my used towels were still on the floor. Complimentary distilled water was absent. The breakfast was fine. Staff were very nice.

Worst stay ever. I was bitten by mosquitoes in the room. Imagine that in May heat they had exquisite mosquitoes! Breakfast was terrible although staff member did being me some fried eggs on demand, Thank God. Staff especially at the reception ( person named musawar) was especially rude. Told me a rule three times over including calling me to know my personal phone nber. Really made me feel guilty without me breaking any of hotel rules. Overall bad and terrible experience...
