The hotel was a very nice hotel. We were very impressed. I was waiting for a late check-in but we got a 32-night stay, not the first. After a long journey, we came here. From the new islamabad airport, it took about 30 minutes. The room and hotel were spotless. The bed was incredibly cozy with clean white, comforting pillows. The restroom was also spotless, with freshly cleaned towels and amenities. The staff advised that there would be a breakfast buffet if the hotel was crowded, otherwise it would be delivered to our room. About eight in the morning, reception informed us that the dining room's breakfast buffet was ready. While there were very few options, anything provided was fantastic, especially the allow bhujiya. There was bread, bread, collars, and allow bhujiya along with an omelet. Everything seemed perfect, except that the hotel is on a busy main road, so there was a lot of traffic noise both days and nights. We could hear the bustling traffic better because the window could not shut due to a broken lock. I believe that this hotel could earn five stars if the windows were installed.

I had a very bad experience overall and would greatly suggest that the administration pay more attention to improving the attitude of their staff. Nighttime here with my family. We arrived from the airport very late and went straight to the motel. The motel had two employees in total, one of which was a very rude receptionist and another in charge of breakfast, room service, and everything else. The receptionist made us wait at least 45 minutes just to show us the room. He then showed us around and finally found a room that we checked in. The motel is generally made extremely nicely, with fairly large rooms with good furniture. There are no utilities in the rooms. The bathroom has hot water that stays longer than a minute. It had a used brush inside. No towels or bathrobes as they depicted in the pictures. The rooms don't even have sugar for tea. There are no clear indications given for breakfast, so you have to explore the entire building looking for a breakfast restaurant.

I very disappointed with this place. I visited here with my family at night. We arrived very late from the airport and went straight to the hotel. The hotel had 2 employees in total, a very rude receptionist and a different guy in charge of breakfast, room service, and everything else. The receptionist had us wait for at least 45 minutes just to show us the room. After that, he showed us around and finally choose the room that we checked into. The hotel in general is very nice, it has quite large rooms with nice furniture. There are no utilities in the rooms. The bathroom has hot water that stays longer than 30 minutes. It had a used brush inside. There were no towels or bathrobes, as the photos show. The room does not even have sugar for tea. No clear indications given for breakfast, so you must explore the entire building searching for a restaurant serving breakfast.
