The location is fantastic especially if you want to see the sunrise from the volcano. The grounds are kept well. The employees are very knowledgeable about local agriculture and animals.

I was eager to stay at a resort on a coffee plantation. Finch Florida far exceeded all of my hopes. What a stunningly beautiful coffee farm. The resort is completely surrounded by endless rows of coffee. Coffee plants and beans are everywhere. Beautiful flowers and fruit trees are also scattered around. Did you know pink bananas exist? Before I came here, I didn't. The room was lovely, the beds were comfortable, and I was surprised to receive very good water pressure and hot water in the mountains, so far away from the city. Also excellent was the staff. I was having difficulty getting to Bocas del toro, and hayden at the front desk was very helpful in providing me with updated information and advice. She also speaks fluent English, which really helped. Dinner at the restaurant was lovely roosevelt. Our family enjoyed it and he offered tasty wine recommendations. There was also a mother and son who worked earlier in the day who were equally enjoyable. The food was also excellent. My wife literally came home and tried to recreate the salmon with passion fruit sauce they served. So good. Next, there is the coffee master jose. With jose, we took a tour of the coffee farm. I wish I could spend a year listening to him speak about coffee. Jose is better than I know myself about coffee. The tour was quite interesting, and

This place is trendy, a bit old but the decoration is tasteful. We chose a suite room with fire place and jacuzzi. Having said that it's way too expensive for what you get.

When I arrived for my 43 rd anniversary, my room was decorated with flower petals and my wine was chilled, which pleased me. Now for the WOW effect, this gem is hidden 10 minutes from the bouquet, the rooms are fantastic. The jacuzzi worked fine. The bathroom was colossal, with the help of hayden who was at every turn for me to have a perfect vacation and Paula who was very instrumental in making my stay very welcoming and lovely. I will recommend anyone who wants to get away from the hustle and bustle of city life to take a laid-back retreat you won't regret for the best reasons.
