Jian and Melina were perfect. They made sure my check in, check out and stay was great. They were always pleasant and happy to help. Went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfy. It was easy to meet people and socialize. This hostel also had some of the hottest parties that locals came to. Was a great time overall. Would def come back.

Clean rooms, huge complete communal kitchen. The staff was just amazeing, the bar upstairs had a great view and good food. Jess had fun things everyday and night. I could live here.

I enjoyed the activities for the guests as well as the fact that I could opt to have my own room and bathroom Honestly it was my first time but will not be my last! The staff were so friendly and both Spanish and English speaking.

WoW!!!! I never stayed at a Hostel before. It’s my first choice of travel from now on! I didn’t know what I was getting myself into. #NoRegrets Check in was a breeze. My room was quiet and clean. Just know you’re in the party zone. So if you want ear plugs. They provide them at the front desk lol. The Hostel has daily FUN activities to keep you busy. There’s a pool table, swimming pool on the roof top and other things to keep you active. I must say, Sarah was extremely laid back and nonchalant at check in. That’s what helped seal the deal. My entire experience was the same energy. Super cool. I’d highly recommend this hidden gem!

Localização excelente, perto de restaurantes e pontos turísticos. Várias opções de atividades em grupo. Quarto bem espaçoso, chuveiro e cama mto bons. No entanto, embaixo do quarto que fiquei havia uma boate com música extremamente alta a noite inteira, o que atrapalhou o sono em todas as noites que fiquei no hostel.

O hostel é mto bom. Eu tinha reservado um quarto com banheiro privativo, e pago a mais por isso e me deram um com banheiro compartilhado, quando reclamei disseram que vai havia outro. Não consegui resolver e tive que contatar o suporte do Hoteis.com, o qual deu uma alternativa como recompensa. Tirando esse problema, o hostel é mto bom, ambiente compartilhado bom para interagir. Localização mto boa, com restaurantes ao redor.

They changed my room four times in one night and even assigned me a room that was already occupied. It was inconvenient, especially since I had just arrived. Other than that, everything was great. I would still recommend Viajeros to anyone.

A localização é o único ponto forte deste hostel. A limpeza deixa a desejar, os quartos estão mal conservados. Há muito barulho, o que não nos incomodou. Mudados de quarto duas vezes, o primeiro não tinha água quente e o segundo sem ar-condicionado. Mas os funcionários foram super solicitos em ajudar. Achei caro pelo o que oferece.

La primera habiación a la que me enviaron seguía sucia de la estancia de huespedes anteriores. El personal fue muy amable y me asignaron otra habitación, sin embargo fue imposible dormir por el excesivo ruido del exterior.

If you ever want to sleep do not stay here. The noise from nightclubs is unbearably loud - till sunrise. The room literally shakes all night with the volume. I unexpectedly needed accommodation after being robbed at gunpoint so booked in a bit of a panic. Paid $100 US for a private ensuite room with balcony and sea view which I was not given at check in. Was moved to another room but it did not look like the photos - and def no view. I have stayed in a lot of hostels so have realistic expectations and I do like a night out - but this is next level. The area is also very noisy in general and bit sketchy. The roof top area is lovely and the only saving grace. If you are in Panama to party all night this place would work. If you want to get any sleep it won’t.

Mostly my complaints are with the incorrect description on hotels.com I had to debate with staff who were not going to allow my daughter (15) to stay with me. While the property prohibits kids, the description did not say that and it shared family friendly amenities. Because I arrived at 11 PM on a Saturday, I couldn't find another place in the area. A lot of party and construction noise. This is a party hostel and the description did not share it. The location was excellent, an honest description and not having to debate with staff at 11 PM at night would be appreciated.

O quarto estava adequado, porém a cozinha apresentava condições de limpeza muito deficientes. O ponto mais grave, contudo, foi um episódio de violência contra minha namorada dentro das instalações do hostel. Enquanto utilizava o banheiro da área comum (unissex), ela percebeu que uma pessoa, no box ao lado, estava captando imagens ou vídeos dela com um celular. Ela saiu imediatamente e me avisou. Fui até a recepção no mesmo instante e solicitei a verificação das câmeras de segurança do corredor que dá acesso aos banheiros, para identificar o indivíduo que estava ali naquele momento. A equipe de recepção não demonstrou empenho em recuperar as imagens. Como precisávamos sair para a rodoviária, ficou combinado que o hostel enviaria posteriormente o registro da pessoa responsável e tomaria as providências cabíveis. Nada disso ocorreu. A experiência deixou uma sensação de insegurança completa e de total falta de responsabilização por parte da administração.
