The hotel is perfectly located, close to everything, and 1 min away from Plaza de Armas where all the tours begin. Elizabeth the afternoon receptionist at the front lobby was great! The hotel is very accommodating to needs and they will pack you a breakfast bag if you let them know for the days the tours start at 4 am. I was very pleased with my stay.

La verdad es que todo estuvo muy bien. La ubicación es súper cómoda, las instalaciones agradables y el servicio muy bueno, el personal siempre atento y amable. Lo único a tener en cuenta es que en la noche la calle se pone más animada, con música y movimiento hasta la madrugada. Aun así, en mi habitación casi no se sentía el ruido y pude descansar bien. Si tienes el sueño muy ligero, quizá lo notes un poco, pero en general fue una muy buena experiencia.

Gostei bastante do hotel. Os funcionários são muito simpáticos e atenciosos, com destaque especial para a moça do café da manhã, sempre ágil e delicada no atendimento. Ficamos no quarto "casal superior", que tem um ótimo tamanho. O chuveiro, as toalhas e as roupas de cama são de excelente qualidade, o que fez bastante diferença no conforto da estadia. Esse quarto fica no 4º andar e não há elevador, mas isso não foi um problema para nós afinal, quem vem para Cusco já deve estar preparado para caminhar bastante e encarar algumas subidas. O café da manhã é simples, mas suficiente para começar bem o dia. Algumas pessoas comentam sobre o barulho da rua, porém isso está mais relacionado à região, que tem casas noturnas e movimento. Não é algo que possa ser atribuído ao hotel. Inclusive, eles disponibilizam protetores auriculares, que funcionaram muito bem para mim. No geral, é um hotel bem decorado, acolhedor e muito agradável para se hospedar.

Fantastic stay at Cusco! The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, the room was spotless and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was great and relaxing. Great location and delicious breakfast each morning. Highly recommend—would definitely stay here again! Only downside was the nearby bars at night- but having the tv on at night helped!

My stay. Here was absolutely wonderful. The staff the cleanliness. The Location to the Plaza Armas. I stayed in a superior room which has a large king bed TVs with Wi-Fi. Beautiful bathroom. I read of the reviews. Almost all of them were really good. But Summer, one stars because it is on a little alley. That has some bars that apparently there’s noisy at night. I didn’t worry about that on the review because I often put sleep music on and have a little speaker. I will absolutely stay here. Next time I’m in Cusco.

Quaint clean defiantely local and great stay clean rooms, modern bathroom. Enjoyed the location for lively local feel. Evenings were loud because of bars. They did supply ear plugs. Really enjoyed hotel.

La ubicación es buenísima. El hotel está lindo y los cuartos tienen su encanto. El desayuno fue sencillo pero bueno y traía lo que uno necesita. Como está en la calle con muchos bares y clubes se escucha la música toda la noche. Pero a nosotros no nos molestó. Y hay tapones para los oídos en los cuartos si los necesitas.

Great service and friendly staff. It is a noisy area so if you are a light sleeper it might not work for you. But after a day of touring I was too tired to care. The entrance doesn’t allow for cars to drive so you will have to walk from the plaza. Most taxi services we worked with helped us with our suitcases so it wasn’t too bad. Also they stop check-ins at midnight so make sure you get there before then.
