This was one of the best stays during our trip in Cusco/Sacred Valley. Room was very clean, beds were comfortable, great hot showers, well designed rooms, courteous staff, delicious breakfast, and they even pack you a doggy bag if you have an early morning tour that starts before their breakfast time (for our stay we were provided water bottles, sandwiches, bananas, apples, 7 types of mini snacks, and juice boxes)

This family-owned boutique hotel was very conveniently located in the historical district of Cusco. The breakfast was fantastic and on our one early start tour day, the boxed breakfast was the best we’ve ever had. Our only inconvenience was finding the hotel entrance because you have to enter a closed gate from the street and there is no hotel signage. Keep the physical hotel address with you for the street number of the hotel and buzz the intercom located on the right hand side of the green door on the street. Otherwise, our stay was perfect!

A truly great hotel with an unbeatable location in Cusco. But the absolute highlight is the team: the staff is incredibly friendly, helpful, and accommodating. You feel perfectly taken care of right from the start. The only minor quirk is that they lock the front door quite early in the evening, meaning you have to wake someone up if you come back late at night. However, because the staff is so warm and welcoming even then, you really don't mind it at all. Highly recommended!

In a world that seems to cut corners at every turn and forget the basic fundamentals of service as well as the respect of just how hard people work for their money. You come across this anomaly. Casa Cruz Verde!! From the first moment of our first interaction with Jose who went over and beyond…we want for nothing. He was always present, eager to help, knowledgeable, courteous, speaks multiple languages, just an asset in every way!!! Thank you Jose from the bottom of My Husband and I hearts!!! The room was immaculate!! The staff was superb!! Fatima blessings to you (I hope I spelled your name correctly). The breakfast presentation alone was top notch!! The location was perfection you are right on the border of the tourist area yet you can dip your toe in with the locals so you can truly have an AMAZING Cuzco experience! WOW WOW WOW and WOW. They WOW’d my Husband and myself and that is not easy to do. We have been to Bora Bora, Maldives, Thailand, Bali, etc Kudos and Blessings. Don’t hesitate…BOOK IMMEDIATELY…IMMEDIATELY!!!! 1000 out of 100; not possible right now :-) Well it is here!!!

We had a great stay at this hotel. The service was amazing with very friendly and helpful staff. It is very central and in a great location so on. The room was very clean and comfortable with everything you might need. The breakfast was amazing. I would absolutely come back here and definitely recommend this place.

The breakfast is excellent with fresh coffee, fresh juice, and fresh fruit every morning. The value is great. Location is great. All important Cusco landmark nearby at walking distance. The room is clean and warm in spite of the outside cooler temperature, however the bed is a little too soft for me. For someone liking more firm bed, perhaps this bed would be an issue to sleep well. The staff is friendly.

Fantastic hotel. This is a family owned hotel and they do a phenomenal job!! I am so happy we decided to stay here. The communication from my first day of booking was quick and informative. The staff are just incredible. They care deeply about making your time in Cusco smooth and enjoyable. We arranged the airport shuttle through them and it was very simple. We appreciate this offering because we are not familiar with Cusco and we were concerned about getting around, but they took care of transportation to and from the airport for us. They offered us coca tea upon arrival to help with the altitude which was very kind and appreciated. We also had a trek to Machu Picchu and they accommodate our 1am checkout as well as provided us a wonderful sandwich and snack bag for breakfast. The gates close at certain times of day but they always communicated the times and showed us how to message them on WhatsApp as well as use the buzzer on the wall outside the gate. The beds were very cozy and we appreciated the heater as it was a little chilly in April. The location is in historical down town with walkable distance to everything that we wanted to do. They breakfast in the morning was amazing, they provided us fresh coffee, juice, bread, and omelettes!! Their kindness made all the difference and we felt so cared for during our time in Cusco, Peru. I absolutely recommend you book your stay with them while in Cusco!

I LOVED this hotel. I felt very looked after and the staff were extremely kind. When I return to Cusco, I’ll stay here again. My room was very clean and I liked that I could hide the bathroom area with curtains. TV was modern and I could access Netflix and other streaming apps. Shower and toilet were extremely clean and modern. Breakfast was delicious, and as I had very early starts most days of my visit, they prepared a packed lunch for me. Extra thanks to Fatima as she was delightful!!

This is a cute little place to stay in Cuzco. The best part was the staff; they were exceptional! Very professional, very friendly, and very helpful! This property is close to Cuzco’s Historic Center, for meals, shopping and sightseeing.

We arrived late from Machu Picchu and the guy was there to welcome us, he was very thorough in showing us the room and all it offered, we booked the deluxe room, but be aware this is right beside reception and the breakfast area, so can be a little noisy, the staff were nice and quiet, it’s just whether your fellow travellers are as considerate. Overall we would recommend this place to stay, it was nice and clean, and had everything we needed after a long day.
