I stayed in a cabana right by the pool for 5 days and it was amazing, the staff was very helpful and the chef in the restaurant is the best! The grounds are very secure and the pool area is lovely! If you're looking for a get away vacation, this is definitely the place to go! The only drawback is that the wifi connection is poor at best.

I recommend this property. Do Rio Chiclayo is a beautiful and enormous place. The grounds are large enough for long, leisurely walks through tropical foliage, and the pool is enormous in comparison to many hotel pools. The cuisine at the restaurant could probably be purchased cheaper outside of the resort, but the taste and quality were excellent in every instance. The bungalow had ac that froze me out the first night, and there was always plenty of hot water for a shower. The transportation from and to the airport was free with an air-conditioned van. By international standards, such as Sheratons, Wyatt, etc., this resort may not fully measure, but for Peru it's one of the best properties I've ever discovered. The hotel desk quoted prices that were about 20 more than when purchasing directly from the tour operator, so it might be better to book a tour for i. 5 soles with a mototaxi in the city center for i. 5 soles.

I like the beautiful gardens in this hotel. They still finish some building work during my stay, so it is not very serene to relax in the pool area. The room has beautiful furnishings and was well presented with a good breakfast choice.

This huge property is located in the Chiclayo area. It is surrounded by mountains and massive virgin nature. This hotel will delightfully surprise you. This hotel has spacious suites perfect for a romantic scape. The quiet and nature will delight you. Excellent service, restaurant, bar, and pool. Also it can welcome business meetings, weddings, or simply family reunions.

My mother and I spent four days at this lovely hotel, and we had a wonderful time here. We had visited the city numerous times as locals, but this was the first time we had stayed here and would certainly return. With the only significant exception being the alfredo pasta, the facilities were lovely, and the cuisine was excellent. Although it didn't taste great, we didn't mind because it was dinner and we enjoyed great cuisine throughout the day. Since the ac system you currently have is quite noisy, we'd also recommend it to update it. We had a great experience thanks to the welcoming and skillfully trained staff.

The Hotel has a lovely big swimming pool and nice grounds and the rooms are a great size. However, the property could benefit from some maintenance and upgrades. Breakfast was basic but sufficient. I would stay again,

A nice quiet place not far from the plaza. Saddle back tamarin monkeys and lots of birds on the property. A nice place to chill by the pool in the gardens.

u pasado(Río Schilcayo) fue mucho mejor El anterior operador de este Hotel, que en su época fue el único cinco estrellas que tenía Tarapoto, ha dejado de ser lo que fue y ahora bajo la nueva administración de la Derrama Magisterial Hoteles es uno más del montón Enl cambio se siente desde que uno llega al lobby , los papeles de Checkin no los tienen pre impresos hay que llenarlos, la asignación de las habitaciones es en momento e incluso hacen consultas con el área de mentenimiento para ver si están operativos. En nuestro caso la habitación tenía el aire acondicionado en mal estado, pedimos servicio especializado, llegaron lo trataron de arreglar pero fue en vano, al final tuvimos que pedir cambio de habitación. Sus instalaciones muy amplias, pero con notorio descuido, las áreas comunes se ve que necesitan un poco más atención, el comedor aún con el mismo mobiliario de antaño ya no tiene AC, pero su cocina sobre todo en platos regionales sigue siendo de lo mejor y ofrecen un almuerzo o cena tipo menú bastante bueno Los Bungalow aun mantienen su elegancia y prestancia aunque con mobiliario con muchos años a cuestas, pero eso si su ropa de cama y tohallas muy limpias, aunque algo gastadas En general en los ambientes comunes se ve mucho descuido, salones con sillas y mesas muy gastadas y los muebles del lobby necesitan un buen mantenimiento Sus precios están por debajo de sus pares, no podría ser de otra forma, pero aún así su relación calidad/precio es regular
