Very friendly staff and close the airport. They even did us a huge favour and helped us mail postcards. The breakfast was tasty and eggs cooked to order, i could choose how i wanted them cooked. Bread with butter and jam, a mixed fruit cup, plus eggs with avocado and your choice of coffee or tea.

Property manager assisted me when I arrived late to the hotel and went out of his way to assist me in getting a taxi to my scheduled tour and to the airport. The breakfast provided was excellent. I would highly recommend this place.

Loved this place, felt so safe and welcome, the staff were so friendly and helpful, the owner is such a sweet kind man and cared for me when i had issues with cancellations from other tours and had to stay longer, the only issue is the shower is very weak. I also just got Uber everyday it’s so cheap

I had an amazing stay at Hotel Florida del Inca in Cusco! From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with anything I needed — from arranging transportation to offering great local tips. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and quiet, with plenty of hot water and good Wi-Fi (a big plus in Cusco!). The breakfast was fresh and delicious every morning — I especially loved the fruit, coffee, and eggs cooked to order. The location is also perfect — close enough to the historic center to walk or take a short taxi ride, but far enough to enjoy peace and relaxation away from the crowds. Overall, Hotel Florida del Inca felt like a home away from home. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Cusco — whether for a few days or a longer trip. The host was extremely helpful from airport pickup to drop-off, and everything in between. She arranged activities for me during my stay, made coca tea for me on occasion to help combat my elevation sickness, and even arranged for an early breakfast before an early morning excursion. They stored my luggage for 24 hours when I traveled to Machu Picchu. The bed was the most comfortable bed I slept in of all the hotels during my 3 weeks traveling through Peru. Will definitely stay here again next time I'm in Cusco!
