All around a decent stay. As part of a special trip, hotel employees were waiting at the airport for our plane, according to our reservation. On a very hot day, we were very glad that the hotel had air conditioning in the rooms. The personnel were supportive. English speakers were hit or miss, but their English was far superior to my Spanish! We were able to communicate. The room was modest but clean and roomy. The hotel has a little pool, which is extremely sunny. We spent time in the game room, which includes a pool table, darts, and foosball table. Plenty of room for playing cards. Even in the heat, it's incredibly cozy and open to fans. Dinner was good at the hotel restaurant. They had a large Mother's Day celebration, and the waiters were extremely busy. But they still provided excellent service. A hefty buffet for breakfast was included.

This is a big room with both AC and fans. A wet room with a hand held shower and a sink in the bedroom. The free wifi is quite fast. The bar service was slow with the inability to change large notes. The restaurant a la carte selection was large and friendly, the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast is buffet style but has a lot of choices of hot and cold options, kept stocked and cool.

This place is the best in Puerto Maldonado. Our birding group stayed here for one night, which is about the length of time you would want to spend in this depressing city. The location met our needs. My wife and I were in a room on the ground floor on the way back, and it is a maze. A staff member had to direct us there. The room was small, with two beds that occupied much of the space. There was a rod with hangars and shelves for things, but there was only a place for the luggage, aside from the floor. Once we found out how to use the remote, the air conditioning worked well. The room was tidy. The handheld shower has hot water, but not in the sink. The sink is a raised bowl, on a wooden counter, and there is no place to place soap except on the counter. Towels are not of the highest quality, they are just adequate. The hotel does not provide bottled water in the rooms, but the lobby has a water cooler. When we went to dinner, it was empty but had been refilled in the morning. The restaurant and bar are in a separate building, mostly without air conditioning. Our party had dinner in a private room that had air conditioning. The dinner selection was large and the food was fine and the portions were huge. Service was adequate, but there

This hotel is perfect for an overnight stay. The rooms are spacious and the pool, games room, and restaurant are all in the same complex. The shower is a bit strange because the rotating nozzle is at hip height.
