Buena experiencia y buena relación pago - calidad. Al momento la pista frente al hotel estaba en mantenimiento, pero igual no tuve problemas. para ir al Centro hay que tomar taxi (5 - 6 soles)

A basic and clean hotel with a very friendly staff ,always willing to help . If you need a tour they have an agency with very cheap prices , they can also call a cab for you . The breakfast was basic but good ; ham , cheese, bread , fruits, cereals , yogurt, coffee and hot milk . 10 min drive to Plaza de Armas ( the very center of Cusco ) , a taxi from the hotel is about 5 to 8 soles ( 2 to 3 US dollars) . They work with a taxi driver named Rubén , a very honest and cool guy , he drove me and my family safely throughout the city without any issues, good prices, and good knowledge of the culture and the area , here’s his WhatsApp +51 913 569 077 . This is the only time I do this because he deserved it , I’ve been to other places around the world and never found an honest taxi driver , but this man is one to trust . He offers other services, just ask him.

A equipe do hotel é bem prestativa, o hotel fica bem próximo da rodoviária e a poucos minutos da praça de armas, o taxi é bem barato, as instalações são ótimas, o café da manhã excelente, wi fi bom, tem elevador e camas confortáveis, banheiro bom, único detalhe é não ter um box no chuveiro, no mais tudo perfeito, recomendo a todos.

Everything at the hotel was fabulous. The lady at the front desk was very personable and helpful in every way possible. The breakfast was amazing and the staff at the breakfast was friendly and helpful. The location was great. Taxi service was right out the front door. Water was hot, bed was comfortable. I would definitely stay there again. Oh, forgot to mention that we were able to store our suitcases there for a few days when we went to Machu Picchu.

Nos hospedamos por una semana en este hotel y no tengo nada malo que decir de nuestra estancia. El hotel es Bueno, nuestra habitacion siempre la mantuvieron limpia, y tenian un buen desayuno con lo basico. La ubicacion del hotel para mi gusto tambien fue Buena, no es exactamente en el centro, donde haya mucho ruido o mucha afluencia de turistas, pero si esta suficientemente cerca para ir caminando sin problema. El personal siempre fue amable y nos ayudaron en todo. Muy satisfecha con mi estancia en el hotel. Sin duda regresaria.

En varias ocasiones tuvimos que solicitar toallas, ya que limpiaban la habitación pero no colocaban toallas en el baño.Era algo incómodo ir día a día al counter para lo mismo.
