Nice hotel with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Breakfast had a variety of options and was tasty. The room was clean and spacious with a large bed. Nice hot shower with strong water pressure. Great location, close to the bus stop for Machu Picchu and options to eat. Only troubles: there was construction going on right in front of the hotel, so if your room is facing that direction you will hear the noise during the day. Also the windows aren’t soundproof so you can hear everyone passing by, but okay at night since it’s not a busy street. The wifi is also very spotty and barely works in the room, worked better in the lobby.

Your review is already strong — here’s a polished version with smoother grammar and flow while keeping your meaning and tone: Hotel Tara is perfectly located in Aguas Calientes. The man who assisted us with our large amount of luggage to and from the train station was incredibly helpful, courteous, empathetic (we had to quickly change our plans to return to Cusco for a trek), and very knowledgeable about the area. The hotel room is spacious! The women who prepared breakfast even made eggs to order for us, despite us arriving a few minutes late. The only drawback is that there isn’t an elevator; however, they even carry your luggage up to your room. Absolutely stay here — the price is fabulous for the level of service and quality of the room.

O quarto era extremamente espaçoso com uma cama king maravilhosa, confortável e bem limpo. O único barulho era do Rio em frente que até era relaxante para dormir. Como a cidade é pequena, tem muitos restaurantes e cafeterias por perto, inclusive, também é bem próximo do ponto de ônibus que vai para Machu Picchu. Ficamos 2 noites e foi uma ótima escolha!

Great location; staff is accommodating and very pleasant. We liked the tea selection in the lobby- nice touch. Everything worked. We could hear the sound of the river when we opened the window- relaxing. It’s walking distance to the hot springs (we were not impressed by the hot springs), a multitude of restaurants, and the train station.

Room was clean and the beds were huge! The staff was so welcoming and accommodating. They went above and beyond to make sure we had all the information we needed to see Machu Picchu. They then delivered us our bags in the afternoon to the train station. The breakfast had a very nice variety and everything was delicious.
