I spent ten days in Peru and loved every minute. This hotel is our favorite due to the breathtaking view, friendly staff, food, hotel service massages, and beautiful rooms. Take a look! You will enjoy it.

Rustic, quiet, clean, comfortable, accommodating. In November, we reserved two nights, which turned into three due to a stoppage of trains and cars in the area. In essence, we had to wait until the strike to continue our trip. We had excellent views from our second-floor room, and we found the grounds to be serene and tranquil. We discovered there wasn't much to do, activities aside, so we strolled down to the Urubamba River and up around the little town, and one day we each received a massage. It was wonderful, and I received a relaxing massage. Because of the very fresh, local cuisine, the hotel restaurant served most of our meals, and the service was, in my opinion, excellent. From the front desk to the restaurant staff to the cleaning crew, everyone had a friendly attitude and did an excellent job of making us feel like special guests. I wouldn't think twice about suggesting this location to anyone!.

The room was nice and spacious. The grounds are well kept. It appears that they have nightly activities but we didn't see anything going on when we were there. Great breakfast spread including hot and cold. The only disadvantage is that the hotel is not very near anything.

The grounds were lovely. The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly. The restaurant was adequate for all of my meals and served excellently. My server, Alexandra, was excellent and a genuinely pleasant person. The rooms are stunning with stunning mountains views. Private jacuzzi and sauna services were provided, and they were reasonably priced. From the hotel, you can walk safely to the river. A short drive to the ruins, Machu Picchu by train, and the nearby towns. I would definitely stay there again while visiting the sacred valley. The locals and energy are outstanding.

In October 2022, 8 Canadian women and I went to Peru. We spent four nights in four different locations as we made our way downhill and inland, before returning to them on the way back down. We had to stay here twice, therefore we were lucky to stay. The only issue we had was the door latch mechanism, which was different from anything we had ever encountered. It was one thing to be locked out of our rooms, but that was even more disturbing. The parking lot, the restaurant, and our rooms were all well marked, with a sizable room with sliding doors leading to a tiny patio or deck. When we visited Quisco for the first time, there was a small windstorm blowing in the trees and the sound was so soothing. Each room has sliding doors to a tiny patio or deck. Every room is large and has a sliding door to a small patio or deck. The landscaping was delightful. In the morning, there was chirping birds. The personnel were excellent. There were plenty of hot and cold choices available on the breakfast buffet, as well as a variety of fresh fruit juices to choose from. We had two dinners in the restaurant, and the meals and service were both excellent. We could only leave the majority of our luggage there and took them on the train to Agua Caliente Masu Pchu.
