Nines is a charming, unique, and social enterprise that you can be happy with once you leave. The staff were very friendly and diligent. I scheduled a massage and it was the best massage I've experienced throughout my travels in years. Normally I'd spend the evening walking out into the city to eat dinner but the courtyard and common areas are too cozy to leave. I sat down by the fireplace with wine and drank a little dinner before my journey to the sacred valley in the morning. This would be an excellent hotel for a family reunion or retreat!.

This is a sister hotel to Nines Melon, which we had originally reserved but moved here because the other hotel was being renovated. The dining and reception areas are welcoming, with a lovely inner courtyard, and the staff is incredibly welcoming and helpful. The rooms are large but spartan, and there were two fan heaters supplied to help with the cold, yes, it does get cold here at night. The main disadvantage for us was the poor wifi, which was scarcely accessible from the bedroom. The only place it is strong is in the dining area. There is nowhere to or refrigerator. The central square is about a 15-minute walk away. The one-way street outside is so narrow that when a taxi stops, it completely blocks the traffic, so you must be ready outside the hotel to get a taxi as soon as it arrives.

Overall, a fantastic choice that I would highly suggest. This beautiful rustic cottagetype hotel has a warm welcome and a serene atmosphere. The staff was always helpful and courteous. They set up massages for me and my family at the hotel, scheduled our transportation to and from the airport, and provided us with local information as needed. I absolutely loved their menu of cuisine. Lots of simple choices as we werent always hungry during our acclimatization to the high Cisco altitude. I also had a constipation when we returned from the trek on the inca trail, and it was simple to choose meals that would assist with that. I liked the location because it wasnt too close to the action of the Plaza de los Angeles while still being close enough to walk around the city and see local attractions. I always felt safe while staying at the Nines Hotel because the staff was concerned with the safety of guests and there was a security staff member on duty during the night.

One of the best hotel experiences I've had in a long time was Nine's Hotel Fierro. The staff was amazing. The food was excellent and the bed was comfy! I will stay at this hotel for all future trips to Cisco.

I will always stay at this hotel when I visit Cisco. Guadalupe is very friendly and amazing. I wish I could live at this hotel. There is no better place to get comfort when it rains.
