Our time at Villa Mayor was dissatisfied. During our stay in Cisco, we stayed in a few other hostels nearby, all of which were just a few dollars from each other. They all had significantly better and better service than Villa Mayor, and were all just a few dollars between them. Additionally, the marketing on hotels. Com misled about the area's location and amenities. In my opinion, they are in the 2030 $ range for the area.

The pros are an excellent location, a reasonable cost, breakfast included, spotless sheets, and excellent service. The drawback is that the shower water doesn't really warm, the fixtures are outdated, the walls and floors are paper thin, and you can hear everything and all the neighbors' steps. It concerned me because I don't sleep very much. The calcium buildup in the shower head kept me awake a little. When I walked into the room without shoes, my feet were black. Note that it is an older structure, so it has character.

This hotel is the best in Peru! It was fantastic. The staff is extremely helpful. The facilities and service are beautiful. My daughter was sick so they managed to do everything she wanted. It was fantastic! There is a lovely cafe next door that serves delicious pastries and coffee. The breakfast was excellent!

I had to take a shower because of the hot water pressure and it turned out okay. The internet connection was great. And the staff was very welcoming and helpful. The hotel is charming. The room is very large and spotless. And then, the cocoa tea that is served in the lobby is so good.

The price is great, especially for how scarcely you spend time at the hotel when you are in Cisco. And then, the location was strategic with the small rooms, but then there are lovely hot showers. After that, the service here was excellent with a very nice staff at all times that were available to help with any needs. The second is the breakfast was good because you can get the breakfast besides the continental breakfast which is provided. Subsequently, it's a little loud, as others reviews have alleged, so you can hear what is happening in the breakfast area because they start prep in the morning, as well as any other activities in the Plaza del sol.
