There are no elevators in the hotel. The hotel is surrounded by hilly streets with cobblestone sidewalks. Access to restaurants on foot is a steep 10 to 15 minute walk. The room was good size and the bed was very comfortable. The lobby of the hotel is fantastic and decorated with colorful local artifacts. The staff are very helpful with luggage and lodging. It's a challenging place for anyone with difficulties walking. No elevators in the hotel.

The hotel has a unique place with great splendor in its main hall filled with paintings that match its name. The room was clean and fine. No frills. Power outlets were few and inconvenient to access. Staff was very helpful but said we had to pay 25 extra people even though the room was reserved with the correct number of people through application. I can't say where the mistake was made but I didn't appreciate the sudden fee.

In the middle of a tour, I stayed at this hotel for 6 nights. The hotel was clean and modern, and a delicious breakfast was provided with the room each morning. The service provided here was excellent, and the location was ideal, as the taxi ride to the center takes about 5 sols and the majority of tours pick you up at the hotel. If you want to maximize your time at Cisco Billy Tours is the person to call, so we can meet at the hotel. Cisco's top hotel.

The hotel looked excellent at first glance. We arrived late and noticed a security guard outside. They lock doors at certain times for safety reasons. The room was large and had a sizable size. We only stayed one night because we had an airplane ride to Lima in the morning. The biggest complaint was that when I opened the shower glass door in the morning, it fell off its hinge and almost took my feet off. Luckily, I was far enough away that it missed my toes. I went down to alert the front desk staff, and he came to see it. Little anything he said or did. I told him that we had to shower because we had to leave within an hour to catch our flight. He told us that we could shower without the doors, and the water on the floor was fine. Kind of disappointing. The room still costs us $50.
