The staff were all so nice and helpful. Breakfast buffet was great. Rooms a bit outdated but clean. Best thing was the hotel brought our bags to the train station after our trip to Machu Picchu so we did not have to go back to the hotel and pick them on our way out of Aguas Calientes.

Check in was fast. They held our luggage and delivered it to the train station. Few minutes later than promised but there were many bags. Great breakfast! Clean rooms n tv was working.

Spacious and comfortable room atop the hill, with beautiful view of the town. The pick-up service was a nice added touch. Nice and professional staff. Breakfast spread is good and the early opening hours is very useful for an early start to Machu Picchu.

Hotel was great nice and clean, close to everywhere in town, very walkable! The only thing was that our shower head didn’t work properly and sprayed water all over the bathroom. But other than that, it was a great stay!

We booked a suite after sleeping the three nights before in a tent on the Inca Trail. It was perfect. The room had lots of living space and a comfortable king sized bed. We took advantage of laundry services and were able to have our hiking clothes cleaned before we had to check out the next morning. The hotel is in a nice location on the Main Street and near the hot springs.

This hotel is overall very good. Just one concern is that it is on top of the hill and if you are traveling from abroad and not used to high altitude, it is difficult to climb due to steep stairs. I think this is the highest altitude hotel in this town. The staff was very helpful though to get our luggage up and down.

I booked my room is 501 , on the 5th floor, which has a balcony and the view was incredibe ( i love mountains.) and breathtaking.😍😍😍. I wish I can stay a few more days. The breakfast was amazing tons of varieties. Delicious and quality breakfast. And they do have a Porter going to train station to help you with your luggage, bringing them to on top of the hill which is the hotel located. Hot Spring location is located behind a hotel. Only less than five minutes walk you will reach Husband) spring entrance. But from the entrance to the hot spring pools, you need to walk for another 10 minutes uphill.

This property is at the top end of town. About a 7 minute walk from the train station. We were met by an employee to bring our bags up to the hotel. Along the way he pointed out where to meet the bus for going to Machu Picchu. Check in was quick and staff were all friendly. Room was clean. Had a great sleep. Breakfast the next morning had everything needed for a good start to the day. Check out is early, 9 am, but they will keep your bags while you are at Machu Picchu. Highly recommend.

We were pleasantly surprised at the quality of this hotel. We had a very comfortable room, King bed was great, and we had a small seating area in our suite, which was nice. The bathroom was adequate, not luxury but definitely as expected. The view was fantastic out the window!
