Affordable Suite at Bel Air Soho S9K04

1. Check-in/Check-out Times:
Check-in time is at 2:00 PM, and check-out time is at 12:00 NN. Should you need an early check-in or late check-out, a fee of ₱100 per hour will be applied.
2. Damage to Property:
Guests are responsible for any damages to property. Charges will be applied based on the cost of repair or replacement. For example, stained linens will incur a fee of ₱500.
3. No Smoking:
Smoking is strictly prohibited within the premises. A penalty fee of ₱1,000 will be charged for any violations.
4. Lost Keys:
If a key is lost, a replacement fee of ₱100 per key will be charged.
5. Air Conditioning:
Please ensure the air conditioning is turned off when you leave the room. A penalty fee of ₱200 per hour will be charged if the AC is left on.
6. No Pets Allowed:
Pets are not permitted in Poblacion Suites. A fee of ₱500 will be applied for any unauthorized pets.
7. No Cooking:
Cooking is not allowed within the premises.
