The service I received was very pleasant, as are the service members at the front desk. The room was beautiful and tidy. Breakfast was delicious and the pool area was relaxing. The employees here were friendly and professional.

We enjoyed our stay at the Ala Amid very much even though we were in lockdown due to Covid. The staff went above and beyond to keep us comfortable. We consider this B @ B staff and owners family. We made some suggestions of changes to the owners and they implemented them. Something as simple as a hook in our room for our room key and face masks as we kept forgetting our face masks. The locals in our area where very welcoming as well. We will miss you all. Plan to come back in a few years to see you all. Thanks again.

Superfint och bra ställe, ligger lite utanför så en moppe behövs eller åka taxi :) Fin pool och bra service, det enda minuset var restaurangen, tog fasligt lång tid och vi fick inte det vi beställt. Frukosten ok!

Lovely out of the way quite clean facilities with great staff helpful and friendly, great breakfast very peaceful pleasant surroundings to sit and relax and have a swim in the pool .Staff were very accommodating and would help with any inquiry and request.

I like the room that we're staying. We have a lovely view at the back portion and pool view. Every morning feels like you're in another place. The swimming pool is very clean. The staff are very helpful and accommodating. The location is great just near the Robinsons Palawan. Near the airport.The area also is ideal if you're going north to port barton or el nido. The bathroom needs improvement. We dont like the faucet on the sink. And the shower dial needs fixing. THe handle of shower dial is loose.

２人で３泊４日しました、ダブルベッド２つで広い部屋です、細かいところでは歯ブラシなかったりドライヤーなかったりですが、朝食付きでこの金額なら大変満足です、朝食はプールサイドでバイキング式です、またスタッフの対応も良く現地ツアーの予約もスムーズで良かったです

The correspondences via email prior arrival to assist with tour bookings were prompt. Staff were friendly, polite and accommodating. They assist with hailing tricycles and cabs. Was there during the recent monsoon season so the environment and fabrics were damp, but that's beyond their control. Speed of food service could improve a tad bit, however. Overall, I would still highly recommend this place to anyone. It would be my to-go place if I visit Palawan again.

We stayed for only one night in the 2nd floor suite room with balcony. It was a very nice clean room, very spacious and with comfortable bed, refrigerator, free coffee, hot water kettle, and free bottled water daily. the room was surrounded by trees and the view from the terrace was amazing - you can see their nice pool with trees in both sides. you wake up in the morning to the sound of birds signing. breakfast was very good - its a buffet with many choices for guests of different nationalities. overall it was an amazing stay and we would gladly book again and recommend it to friends.
