I adore how close this location is to nearby eateries, salons, convenience stores, and even a police station right in front of the hotel. The rooms are roomy, with good air conditioning. There is likewise ea mr. Carmela in the bathroom, which also has tv and irradiation. They just dont have an elevator, so dropping off your stuff from la carmelo can be inconvenient. If you are on voyaging with southwest or island express, they will assist you in getting to your hotel and may even help you carry your bags.

This is a budget hotel with family rooms and just steps to the beach. The room is old but very clean and airconditioned with quite split units. Breakfast is also included.

The location is decent but a little old. The first room assigned to me had broken bulbs and i moved to another room because the ceiling fan was not working. Breakfast was basic. Shower heater not always working and pressure is slow. Location is great near the beach and restaurants. Most of the staff are nice and accommodating.

The location is excellent, just a short stroll from the white sand beach. The staff is friendly and very accommodating. Although the room isnt particularly impressive, there is deterioration in the patio lavatory without requiring the connection of the water faucet. In general, its fine. However, it requires maintenance for the rooms.

Boracay island isnt short of options, but if you are looking for affordable accommodation that is up to par with nice standards, this is one of them. This place is close to the beachfront and adjacent to malay police station. It is quite central. If you want to jump into the sea or visit station X for some grub and small drinks, there is a lovely bar inside and several good dining places within and around its halls. Dos mestizos is directly across and you can get delicious bread, cold cuts, and cheese. However, the main dos miestizas has moved to idly. The hotel has rearranged reception area and the rooms are nice. Staff and staff are pleasant and welcoming.

The location is excellent, just a short distance from the shore. Outdoor biket allows guests to enter the place with clean feet. The room is cozy and spotless. Simple yet elegant. Balcony has stylish clothes drying area. Staff accomodating but failed to prepare our breakfast request on time on our last day of stay. I ended up not eating it, which makes me sad because i am leaving the facility with empty stomach.

During our threeday visit, alice was a very practical and handy location for all of our needs in boreacay. Although the bathrooms need better upkeep, the staff, food, and amenities were sufficient for ensuring slumber and reassurance. It was conveniently located right in front of the malay police station, providing security at comparatively high levels. Additionally, utilizing tavern facilities was convenient, just stepping away. I wholeheartedly endorse alicia for groups of up to four people, island hoppers, or backpackers.

This place has a convenient location in front of the police station and 711, just stepping away from the beach. The facilities are dated, but the rooms have wifi and are clean. I love the crisp smell of sheets and towels even though they are quite old. Water pressure is tastier on the 3rd floor. Breakfast is small and only passable. At night the nearby store plays music and several tourists drink there. This may be causing some sleep problems for light sleepers (not i was having ill be having any trouble sleeping). Overall, good location and helpful staff, especially the guard and room boy.

The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance from the beach. However, there is no pool available. Upon arrival, guests are required to make a deposit. The water in the shower had stale odor and the pressure was low. On the positive side, its primarily suited for those who dont mind street noise.

The employees are all very welcoming and the environment is suitable. The police station is right in front of the hotel. Very convenient location, close to the beach. Just a few steps away literally. 711 is merely stepping away. A reasonably priced restaurant is just around the corner. An excellent place to be!.

We stayed on the third level of the hotel. Polite and very helpful staff. The location is perfect. They are right next to the beach and opposite the police station. Very close to restaurants and night activities. Rooms are very spacious, we had very comfortable sleep. My less one star goes to lack of a water heater.

The shower was the most annoying thing that bothered me. Water would spray everywhere because the shower head was corroded and had probably not been cleaned since it was installed. The water temperature was also inconsistent. One second, it would be very hot, and the next, its cold. What matters to me most was how clean the room was. Although the air conditioner needed to be fixed when i arrived, ive been pleased with the prompt service. Everything functioned as expected and it didnt take long. You probably wouldnt plan to eat here frequently, but the complimentary breakfast was poor. If you are in a hurry, this is just commode. When you leave the apartment, you must carry the key card with you, which will turn off all electricity in the space, including the cooling. It appears that this occurs frequently but if youre an american or westerner who is likely used to returning to an icy cold room after returning from the hot beach, keep this in mind. Wifi was spotty, occasionally became sluggish. Given the price point, my stay was excellent, so ill never think twice about staying here again the following year. However, due to the wifi and shower, im giving it three stars.

Worth a visit! The beach is only ten minutes walk away from this place. With tv channels, heater, refrigerator, and freezer. Complete toiletries, including soaps, shampoos and conditioners to dental kits, are provided in the bathtub, hot and cold showers with blowers.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast with the fish option was great. I ended up ordering only that for the next 3 days. Location is perfect for me on a work holiday as cafe maruja is only ten minutes walk away. Food is plentiful and right next to it is iconiene store. Make sure you choose the high room facing the back for silence and privacy as the front faces the police station and main street. Drawbacks - low water pressure. There is tub but it will take forever to fill it so dont bother. Internet doesnt connect automatically every time you step into the room. Speed is fast enough for video calls, but at night it tends to drop when everyone is using it. No water in the rooms, you have to get it from the cafeteria, so bring an empty bottle. The location is close to the beach and directly across from the police station. There is also a 711 store nearby. The rooms are clean and simple, with air conditioning. And they serve snacks for free. Its ok value. Also, the wifi is good. This is very important in this day and age.

I heartily endorse this hotel due to its location. The staff was helpful and friendly, and the location was excellent. A police station, a beach, seven elevators, were all within walking distance. However, the internet was frequently down, making it difficult to disconnect, even though the washroom bidet had lingering odors when using the water from the bidestrest.
