Staff very helpful Just wish more toilet paper was available to leave in the bedrooms… As for more and get one, so spend the next few weeks asking again, and again. Silly, but a little annoying. Otherwise very nice place

5/6 nights. Unlike other countries (e.g. Mexico) that I felt obliged tipping staff members, in here staff members are somewhat shy receiving tips which makes me wanting to give more. Almost all staff members we dealth with are polite, respectful and nice. They clean the pool each day in the morning. We enjoyed watching the monkeys randomly visiting the balcony, they visited us once. I will surely recommend this place to friends and officemates for holiday.

2/6 nights review, Loft room. Staff are very polite and friendly, from reception, concierge, kitchen, drivers, and cleaners. The infinity pool is my favorite. I had second thought booking this hotel due to 'construction site noise', but I am glad I didnt cancel the booking.. it's not noisy at all considering that the construction site is just parallel to our room balcony. We decided to keep our booking for the next 4 nights.

푸카비치와 가깝고 도착하면 호텔 직원이 상주하며 비치타월과 음료를 제공합니다. 스테이션2와는 거리가 있고 한적하고 조용하게 지내고 싶으시다면 추천합니다. 중국인들이 많지만 건물이 워낙 커서 시끄럽지는 않습니다. 숙소는 깨끗하나 개미가 많이 보이고 직원들은 친절하고 도와주려고 노력합니다. 체크인하실 때 와이파이 비번 꼭 받으세요.

리조트 매우커요. 수영장은 단지 매우 작음. 프라이빗 푸카비치로 무료셔틀 가능. 걸어서 푸카비치 가거나 트라이시클 타고 가도 됨. 개인적으로 화이트비치보다 천배나음. 디몰까지도 셔틀버스가 있으나. 대기 손님이 많아 불편.

Celebrated my birthday at the place and the staff made that experience memorable! Darel helped my uncle set-up and his team brought the cake while singing the birthday song. This place is highly recommended not only for the scenery and the facilities but also the staff.

we booked a 17 person wedding party at the Alta Vista. The time we spent there was excellent. It excellent service started from the moment we arrived. We were able to get all 5 rooms early check-in for no extra cost. I have never seen that in any other hotel. The rooms were great, spacious and clean with high ceilings. The pool was amazing with a great hill-side view overlooking a valley leading to the ocean. Our wedding was great as well. My bride has some difficulties and we ended up starting 45 minutes late, but the wedding coordination team could not have been nicer. I will finish up by telling you what my wife said to me the night of our wedding. when we were at the dinner table eating: “Everything has been so much nicer than I thought it would be”. I agree. I have to go back again, just to say thank you for the excellent personal service we received. By far the best hotel experience I have ever had.

In a very quite area on top of a hill great view , nice pool , good transportation, good breakfast , only problem road works on the way from port very bad , terrible, when it’s sorted will be ok , private beach good , but not that private , white beach much better since president durite cleand it up its much cleaner and pretty 👍
