House Rules

1. Strictly no smoking or vaping inside the unit. It may trigger our smoke detector and may cause False Alarm within the Building. EXTRA cleaning fees to remove odor, stains, etc., in linens, curtains, and towels may be applied. A penalty will be incurred if it causes False Alarm in the Building.

2. A security deposit is required. It will be collected upon check-in and can be settled via online banking or GCASH. It will be refunded back upon checkout if no damages are made to the property.

3. Only Registered Guest/s are Allowed inside the Unit. We allowed visitors (host’s approval max of 2pax) so long as they don’t stay overnight.

4. KEEP noise to a minimum after 10 pm
5. Follow check-in and check-out timings.
6. Please keep the kitchen sink clear and tidy. Please do your dishes and dispose of your trash properly, and keep the unit clean at all times. You may throw your trash in the Garbage Room near the Fire Exit on the same floor. Clean as You Go

7. Please take care of the furnishings. Do not create a hole, post/stick double-sided tape, or any decoration on the wall that might mess it up. Please don’t re-arrange the unit. Damage Fee will apply if any.

8. We have strongly advised you not to dispose of used cooking oil or throw anything leftover food in the sink as this may cause blockage in the draining system. Throw them in the Trash Bag and please dispose of them properly.

9. Please use extra bedding provided if sleeping on a sofabed.
10. For Furparents, We LOVE our Pets. Let’s all be responsible to clean up their mess. Please bring your own furkid's bed, and bowls and dispose of the diaper properly.
11. Please turn off the AC and all the lights when you leave the unit.
12. FIRMLY close the front door when entering and exiting.
13. There is an intercom that connects to the reception/lobby however if you have any questions about the property, please reach out to us first via AirBnB chat.
14. PLEASE take extra care of your keys/keycard. Lost key/keycard incur a replacement fee of Php 500.

OTHER THINGS TO CONSIDER:
→The penalty of 3,000 for smoking in the unit. Php 10,000 charge for causing False Alarm in the Building.
→A PHP 1,200 charge for staining linens, towels, and bedsheets.
→ Additional 600/pax for undeclared visitor/s that stay overnight.
