REMINDERS:
You are staying in a private condominium unit. We don't have 24 hours room service, but we will try our best to cater your request as soon as possible. Visitors are not allowed to sleep-over. They can stay until 8:00pm. They are considered extra pax after 8pm with additional fee of ₱350.00 pesos per person.
UTILITIES:
Help save the environment and conserve energy. Lights, air conditioning units and other appliances should be turned off when leaving except for the refrigerator. Don’t overload the outlet socket.
KITCHEN:
No cooking of dried fish and other long lasting smelly food. It is prohibited to take your meals into the bed. Please turn-off the aircon when cooking as heat & cold are fighting with each other thus increasing the electricity consumption. You can use the ceiling fan to cool down the room. Please wash your dishes after use.
HOUSEKEEPING:
Request of unit cleaning is available with a fee of ₱350.00 pesos. For long term stay, we clean and change the beddings and towels on the 5th day for free.
FURNITURE/APPLIANCES:
Guests must respect the set-up or the arrangement of the condo unit. We don't allow furniture or appliances to be moved from its original location. Any damages or breakages should be reported so we can do the necessary repair or replacement.
KEYS:
Always lock the main door when going out. We are not responsible for any lost item. For lost key, Guest will be charged ₱3,000.00 pesos for door knob replacement and duplication of new set of keys.
