No overcrowding (Penalty: Php 10,000)
1 bedroom : 4 persons
2 bedroom : 6 persons
3 bedroom: 8 persons
the maximum allowable number of occupants per unit is strictly implemented
No hanging of clothes in the balcony (Penalty: Php 2,000)
hanging of clothes a the balcony is strictly not allowed
Wet Clothing (Penalty: Php 2,000)
Entering the tower in wet clothing is not allowed. Proper attire must be observed at all times.
Gargabe Disposal (Penalty: Php 2,000)
Kindly dispose of all your garbage properly. We have an assigned gargabe room each floor near the elevator or center fire exit.
Noise (Penalty: Php 7,000)
Always keep your voice at a minimal volume. Avoid creating loud noises or any nuisance activities that might distrurb your neighbors
No spitting and throwig of cigarette butts (Phenalty: Php 7,000)
Spitting/vomiting and throwing of cigarette butts in the common areas are strictly not allowed.
Smoking Area (Penalty: Php 5,000)
Smoking is only allowed in designated areas. Kindly look for signage at the Perimeter Area on where you can smoke.
Guests are not allowed to bring Pets (Penalty: Php 7,000)
Only Unit Owners / Residents are allowed with the approval from the Property Management Office.
Vandalism (Penalty: Php 10,000 plus the amount of Damaged Property)
Actions resulting in damage to property shall not e tolerated
Violation against fire, safety and security of the building and residents (Minimum Penalty: Php 10,000)
We always want to ensure the safety and security of each and everyone in Azure. Actions that may harm the residents, guests and employees shall not be tolerated.
UNIT/APARTMENT HOUSE RULES:
NO SMOKING INSIDE OR THE BALCONY OF THE UNIT - ₱1,000 FINE (No exceptions)
CLAY-GO (Clean As You Go) Kindly leave the room clean or in order and dispose all trash at the designated trash room beside the elevator. - ₱500 FINE (No exceptions)
Any damages, stains, vandalism, broken or missing items, but not limited to those will be charged and deducted from the Security Deposit upon check-out (Depending on the item’s inventory). If ever any item that is damage is greater than the said Security Deposit, guest will be asked to pay the amount required before giving clearance to the reception desk for check out.

Comforter - ₱500
Blankets - ₱500
Carpet - ₱500
Pillowcases - ₱250
Kindly turn off or unplug appliances that are not in use when leaving the unit, or upon check out.
PAY PARKING IS AVAILABLE (Optional)
For Cars: ₱65 first 3hrs and P15/succeeding hour.
For Motorcycle: ₱50 first 3hrs P10/succeeding hr.
Overnight charge is ₱380
Step 1: Go to parking booth beside Santorini Tower
Step 2: say the tower and unit you will be staying at, Get ticket, and head to Miami tower.
Step 3: (if you will be parking underground) Make sure before you do that go to lobby first and have your check in because basement parking will not allow you until you have checked in already to have your “Visitors Pass”
