Azure Urban Resort Manila by Radlett, 1 BR Suite

Below are a combination of House Rules by the Azure property management and Radlett that both parties would be grateful if you observe and strictly follow.
Please be aware that a refundable deposit is requested in cash on arrival of Php 1,000. This will be refunded in full on departure unless a House Rule that incurs a charge is applied.
1. Endorsed Guests only may enter the Azure property. Guest are not allowed to invite additional guests. This is to respect the privacy of permanent residents and club members.
2. Maximum Occupancy of 3 people, including children and infants are allowed in the apartment.
3. Pets are not allowed inside the property.
4. Children must be attended to by their parents or guardians always.
5. Azure Facilities & Services including the wave pool and kiddie beach access.
6. Lost key is charged at Php 2,500
7. Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the apartment including the balcony. A PHP 2,000.00 fine will be charged to any guest violating the policy. The property provides designated smoking areas please use these accordingly.
8. Swimming Attire is required when using the swimming pool / beach. After enjoying the pool and beach, guests are required to dry off at the designated shower rooms before going back to the apartment. A fine of PHP 3,000.00 will be imposed for any guest violating this policy.
9. The towels provided are only for use within the apartment and not to be taken to the pool/beach. Therefore, please bring your own.
10. Pool/Beach Towels can be requested prior to stay at a charge of PHP 150.00 per towel.
11. Going to The Pool / Beach, casual attire is required and towels must be placed inside a tote bag (one is provided for use during stay).
12. Energy Conservation, please turn off the AC, TV and lights when you’re outside to save on energy.
13. Cleaning of the apartment will be provided prior to arrival only.
14. Additional Cleaning during your stay can be provided with prior arrangement at a charge of PHP 600 per time. For stays of more than 5 nights booked it is mandatory for cleaning and change of linen to take place on the 4th day of stay at Php 600 per time.
15. Deep Cleaning will be completed at PHP 1000 should the apartment be received back on check-out in an unacceptable condition.
16. Hanging / Drying of Clothes is strictly prohibited on the balcony area as well as on top of light fittings. Please use the drying rail provided in the bathroom.
17. Damage & Lost Items of the apartment includes, but not limited to, linen and towel stains, broken items, wall stains, carpet stains, paint scratches etc. will be charged accordingly. A price list is provided inside the welcome kit for any replacement items. An inventory check is completed at the end of each stay.
18. Possession of Illegal Drugs anywhere inside the property is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate removal from the property. In additional you will be subject to criminal charges.
19. Excessive Noise, such as loud gatherings / partying / inappropriate behaviour is strictly prohibited anywhere inside the property. A penalty of PHP 5,000.00 per occurrence and /or immediate removal from the property will be imposed.
20. Check-Out Time, must be arranged with prior notice, and must be by 12.00 unless otherwise agreed in advance. Should your check-out at a time other than agreed upon you will accept forfeiting your deposit.
21. Disclaimer. The owner of Maui Tower 1222 shall not be held liable for any losses or damages to guest’s property as well as for any injuries that may be incurred during the stay. The owner also reserves the right to take every action necessary, including legal action, to recuperate any financial losses due to damage or theft in the Maui Tower 1222 or Azure property during the stay.
