🏡 Staycation House Rules

To help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable stay for everyone, kindly observe the following house rules:

• Strictly NO SMOKING inside the unit.
• Kindly clean the kitchen area and wash all dishes after use.
• Do not leave food exposed to avoid attracting pests. Our home is pest-free, and we appreciate your help in keeping it that way.
• Please help keep the sofa and furniture clean and stain-free.
• Observe proper garbage disposal at all times. Throwing trash from the balcony is strictly prohibited.
• Hanging of clothes or towels on the balcony is not allowed.
• Proper swimming attire must be worn when using the pool facilities.
• Please use the shower area before and after swimming.
• Ensure all electronic devices and appliances are turned off or unplugged before leaving the unit.
• Please avoid making loud noises, especially during nighttime.
• No eating or jumping on the beds.
• Shoes are not allowed inside the bedroom area.
• Only REGISTERED GUESTS are permitted to stay in the unit.
• Lost key and/or visitor’s pass will incur a replacement fee of Php 500.00 per item.
• Kindly leave the unit clean and organized before check-out.
