Bahamas Suites Azure Residences - Manila Airport

HOUSE/RESORT POLICY AND IMPORTANT NOTES
1. The Kiddie and wave pool is open daily from 7am to 7pm except Mondays for weekly cleaning. Resort Fee is applicable. Pay on site.
2. Proper Swimwear is required. No entering the tower in wet clothes.
3. Smoking is NOT permitted inside the apartment. Fine Php5,000
4. Hanging clothes at the balcony railing is NOT permitted. Fine Php5,000
5. Pet is NOT allowed. Fine Php7,000
7. Maximum persons allowed to stay in the apartment as per your booked number of pax. Un-registered guest is NOT allowed. Fine Php10,000
8. Hard party and loud music are NOT permitted in the apartment. Fine Php7,000
9. Please turn off all lights & appliances not in use when leaving.
10. Lost key replacement is Php1,500.
11. Check out is 12:00 noon, extension fee Php 200/hr subject to availability
12. Clean as you go or pay the cleaning fee of Php500
13. Damage item must be reported immediately and subject to full replacement or cost of repair before check out.
14. Light Cooking is allowed. But fish frying, dried fish/seafood are NOT allowed. Fine Php 5,000
15. Maximum occupancy is 4 persons including children above 2yrs old. Only 1 child below 2yrs old can go free.
SECURITY DEPOSIT:
We collect upon check in the following. It will be refunded upon check out subject to no damage:
Php1,000 for 1- 6 nights bookings
Php2,000 for 1-2 weeks bookings
Php3,000 for 3-4 weeks bookings
Php5,000 for 1 month bookings
PARKING FEE:
Php 500/night located at the tower’s basement (reservation is required please provide vehicle details for access)
RESORT FEE:
Php 250/pax per shift (AM: 7am to 12nn // PM: 2pm to 7pm). One child below 3ft is free.
NOTE: We have two properties located in Bahamas Tower and Maldives Tower. Unit will randomly be allocated based on availability. Also, there is an ongoing construction near Bahamas tower, but noise is barely heard when balcony door is closed.

- The Azure Beach and Wave pool (with fee)
- Kiddie pool and playground (with fee)
- FREE use of sunbed
- FREE use of lockers at Paris Beach Club
- Beach Bar
- Roof view deck and sky garden
- Grand Lobby
NOTE:
Guests staying for minimum 14 nights will be given exclusive Residents Access which entitles you to FREE access to all amenities at Azure:
- Lap pool
- Lagoon pools 1 and 2
- Gym
- Movie and game room
- Kids indoor playroom
- Basketball court and beach volley ball court
MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS TO BOOK:
1. Guest Direct Contact number
2. Passport copy or any Identification Document of all guests staying - guest should provide this to us at the time of booking, at least one day before check in.
ID POLICY:
For short term stay, YOU ARE REQUIRED TO LEAVE YOUR IDENTIFICATION DOCUMENT at the reception in exchange to Visitor Pass.
