All Guests staying must first submit their photocopy of Government IDs/Passports to get their Guest Clearance Form. Should be submitted at least 5 days prior check-in date. Building premise has a NO FORM, NO ENTRY POLICY.

For all Guests: An approved VISITORS AUTHORIZATION FORM is required by the Building Admin. A scanned copy of 1 Government ID or Passport and School ID (kids) should be submitted for Guest/s to enter Grass Residences, submission should be done as soon as you confirm your booking for a worry-free check in. Send thru - BalaiBResidences@gmail.com. Your approved Visitor Authorization Form will be forwarded to you with your Check-in details.

1. Check-in time is strictly at 3:00 PM. Check out time is strictly at 11:00 AM. A maximum of 3 pax are only allowed to stay in the unit for the whole duration of the booking period.
2. Strictly NO SMOKING/VAPING inside the unit including the balcony area. Any traces of smoking/vaping found will be fined Php 5,000. This is non-negotiable. This will be charged to your Agoda.com account. This is to protect the well-being of all our current and future guests.
3. Definitely no PARTIES allowed and no loud noises as per Building rules. Visitors should be declared and pre-approved by Property owner and can only stay up to 11:00 PM as per building policy. Please respect building rules and regulations. If visitors stay beyond 11:00 PM, there will be a penalty of strictly P1000 per night per person. Please respect building rules and regulations.
4. BalaiB1 is located high up in the upper floors, wind pressure is very strong. For the balcony door, kindly make sure it is LOCKED AND CLOSED every time you leave the property. You may encounter different insects including moths, flies and bees around the property, closing the door will avoid them from entering and also other elements such as rain shower. If left unlocked, glass door might also hit the metal railings. So please always make sure to avoid liabilities.. Damages to the property because of this, will be charged to your Agoda.com account.
5. No pets allowed.
6. Please do not rearrange furnitures. Kindly use furnitures and appliances ONLY to what it is intended for. Any damages will be reported to Agoda.com and guests will be liable.
7. Please take care of your belongings and lock the door when leaving the unit.
8. For everyone’s safety and fire prevention, please make sure to turn off the lights, rice cooker and any electronic devices when you leave the unit.
9. Please treat our property as yours. We appreciate your honesty, in the event of accidental damages or breakage, please report it to us in a reasonably timely manner. The appropriate cost will be charged to the guest accordingly and should be paid, In case of non-compliance, we will charge back to your Agoda.com account. This may lead to your account being suspended or blocked.
9. Please throw your trash in the designated Waste disposal area at the Fire exit on your far right from the main door of the property. PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE your trash in the unit as insects will be attracted to it.
