House Rules:

Gym and Pool Access:
The gym and pool are located on the UP floor (Rooftop). To access them, obtain a schedule from the lobby.
Write your name and unit number in the logbook at the gym/pool area for the desired hour of use.

Pool and Gym Operating Hours:
The pool is operating from 6 am to 10 pm.
The gym is operating from 8 am to 10 pm.

Garbage Disposal:
The garbage chute is inside the main stairs white door (Stainless box) after the Elevator.
Dispose of garbage only during the designated times: 6-8 am, 10-11 am, and 3-4 pm.
There will be a 1000 pesos penalty if you leave your garbage somewhere else. This will be monitored by CCTV.

Breakfast Option:
Guests can enjoy the breakfast buffet on the rooftop floor (Up) for just 450 pesos per person. The buffet is available from Monday to Sunday, 6 am to 10 am, and offers a variety of delicious options to start your day right.

Cleaning Service:
We offer a cleaning service that includes cleaning the room, changing the sheets, and providing fresh towels. This service can be requested at any time for a cost of 600 pesos.
Alternatively, you can request separate services: a cleaning fee of 350 pesos and new sheets and towels for an additional 350 pesos.

Air Conditioning and Energy Usage:
For safety reasons, always switch off the air conditioning and all electric devices before leaving the unit.
Please avoid wasting energy by leaving the AC on while you're out.If the electric bill exceeds 3000 pesos, any amount over this limit will be charged to the guest.

Additional Fees and Penalties:
Smoking inside the unit incurs a penalty of 10000 pesos.
Parking is available inside the building for a fee of 350 pesos per night.
A one-time pet fee of 2000 pesos is applicable.
A penalty of 1000 pesos is charged for any stains on the bedding.
Check-in time is anytime after 3pm, and check-out time is 11am.
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to a fee of 300 pesos per hour.
