HOUSE RULES:
1. We ask you to be prudently silent and discreet, especially at night, to avoid late-night drinking sessions.
2. We have limited parking: 1 inside and 2 off-street parking. Avoid parking in front of neighbours - a bit touchy.
3. Only registered guests inside.
4. Help us save...kindly turn off all AC when going away.
5. Upon return from a “night out”,- should avoid loud conversations outdoor.
6. Guests should wash all cutlery and utensils before checking out.
7. All bins should be emptied and taken to the big bin near the parking area on your check out day.
8. Please close and lock all windows and doors when you leave the place.
9. The guest/s will be charged accordingly for any damages due to improper use of furniture, towels and linens, i.e., stains from hair colour, vomit, food or wine, and a pet wee, including any strong odour from smoking, vomit, cooking-that requires days of aeration - could be a potential loss of booking.
12. Indoor smoking penalty $1000.00, 5m away outdoor is free.
PET RULES
A fully trained small pup is welcome
1. Must be booked as an additional guest.
2. No fencing. The pup must be leased outdoor and may sleep (only) inside the bathroom.
3. Must dispose of all droppings.
4. The penalty for indoor pet poo and wee, pet stain, and shredding is $100 to$500.
We reserve the right to revoke your booking at any time or evict guests in breach of these rules.
