Big spacious room and clean. Breakfast is good being serve in a balcony in front of your room. Very helpful staff. There was a fire in the building in front of the hotel when we were there and the staff are calm and efficient about telling guest to be prepared just in case there is evacuation.

The room is small but clean. There's construction going on & should have separate entrance to the hotel but staff especially Bim Bim was very helpful. She's very quick to respond to our needs & that made our stay a pleasant one. Thank u!

这是一家我们在菲律宾旅行过程中，比较满意的一家酒店。酒店地理位置很好，位于最热闹大街的尽头，环境安静，房间门口还有一个花园，吃早餐、聊天等，不必在房间内，坐在花园的椅子上，感觉也很好。酒店还有摩托车租赁，出门方便。酒店服务也很好，服务人员和蔼可亲，最关键的是，当地人很纯朴，跟他们交流，没有在马尼拉的那种不安全感，我们对这个酒店非常满意。

We made a big mistake by not reading the reviews before making the booking. Although the location is excellent, the hotel is an awful mess. The employees are pleasant and helpful, and the breakfast is adequate. The management arranged a party and gathered all of the hotel's guests on New Years Day. It appears to be under construction and, based on previous evaluations, it has allegedly been in such good shape for several years. Unless you ask the locals, youll never notice it because there isn't a sign outside. Not to mention the numerous damaged outlets, switches, and lights, the rooms are foul, and the shower kitchen is filthy. The rooms are awful, and the shower galley has a horrible odor. Finally, we had bed bugs that were absolutely disgusting on our mattress. We made a huge error not reading the reviews prior to making a reservation. Although the hotel is in such a dire situation, the location is excellent.

When we arrived in El Lido around 10:15 pm, we were unable to locate this hotel because there was no visible sign outside their gate. The location appears to be unsafe. We were surrounded by a lot of pedestrians, which uneasy us. Although we are not judgemental in any way, we felt unsafe because we are in an unfamiliar location with no one other than tambays around. Due to the hardware items that are stored in their main driveway, it was hard to locate the main gate. I later discovered that there is a hardware store next to the hotel and uses the front gate as their stockroom. The staff is friendly and courteous. They are easily accessible and seem to respond to our requests as soon as possible. They even allowed me to keep our bottled water and other beverages. The restroom and floor were our cleanest areas. Additionally, insect colonies were on our bed. They would always deliver sunny sideups and scrambled eggs over time. The tocino, as well as the bacon, are acceptable for the food. The cheese pancakes were not at all delectable, and the cornsilog was mildly salty. Since construction workers were working on the third story and the building next to our apartment in the late afternoon to early evening, it was noisy. We were able to sleep soundly in the evening. This location was a shame because it had a bad review. But I decided to book this place again because I have seen things like this before. The place was okay and looks brand new, so we booked 3 nights there in May. It is not far from many shops. Booked one night's equivalent to our stay was very satisfactory and comforting. It was only a low-speed connection at the place. They only use mobile pocket wifi, so it was quite slow. Aside from that, the place is affordable and the number of guests makes it difficult to upgrade, although overall, our stay was satisfactory. Big creek mansion, best wishes.

Great stay for 3 nights. Hotel is well located, near the beach and the city center of El Nido. Staff is very friendly and smiley, we all appreciated. Breakfast is tasty. Rooms are quite clean and the necessary is there. To improve The services, could not book the motorbike, laundry was not available and WiFi is not available from the rooms which is inconvenient. I recommend anyway this hotel.

We enjoyed our stay here. The staff where excellent, friendly and helpful. The rooms clean and the breakfast was of good quality. Excellent location only a minute short walk to the beach or restaurants. Only downside was poor phone reception and bad Wi-Fi. Maybe a suggestion for improvement would be to invest in Wi-Fi boasters to strengthen the signal in the rooms. Apart from that is a great hotel and I’d be happy to stay again.

Despite the obscure entrance and the construction materials on the street, the hotel is nice, clean, well located-- just 100mts from the beach. Has a nice terrace and coffee 24/7. Internet is slow and unreliable but the rest is perfectly ok for a good stay. Room was very clean and confortable. To get there just ride the bus until the yard where buses are kept overnight. The hotel is right next to it, and everything else is at walking distance.

It was really a memorable stay because the beach was really beautiful. Especially at night, there are many pubs and places to chill beside the beach, which was really nice. But the wifi signal was not very strong, and there were quite a lot of mosquitoes when we were outside using the wifi and playing pool. But it was worth the money(:
