Breakfast (eggs, sausages, rice etc cold; Chia shots not readily available. We love the following: omelette came upon request; property super clean; staff are excellent; respectful and ready to help. Room is more than adequate; always cleaned well; staff very cordial all around; shopping great at SM. Will come back again.

Ukuran kamarnya terlalu kecil, dekorasinya kasar, insulasi suaranya buruk, dan layanan perangkat keras dan lunak meja depan rata-rata. Liftnya tidak kuat dan harga sarapannya tidak bisa diterima sama sekali. Itu sangat buruk!

When traveling to the islands, this is a fantastic hotel to spend a night or two. The breakfast is mediocre, and i have no idea what kind of amenities they offer. High street is only a short distance from the hotel.

Kelebihan: hotelnya sangat baru, kamarnya besar, tempat tidurnya sangat nyaman dan pelayanan stafnya sangat baik. Kekurangan: Tidak ada bak mandi di kamar. Anda harus memberi tahu housekeeping untuk menginap berturut-turut. Sarapannya agak biasa saja.

The concierge and security personnel are excellent, they are very accommodating, polite, and know exactly what they are doing. Their customer service goes above and beyond. Congratulations to arnie who assisted us until checkin. He was extremely responsible. Raymond also assisted me with my package. I forgot the name of the other man who assisted us during checkin and made sure everything was in place for my surprise to my partner. I apologize, but i really appreciate it. The security personnel, from parking to the lobby, were also courteous and treated us very well. They gave us a special happy anniversary surprise in our room. The room is very spacious! The interior was so simple yet sophisticated. We adore it! The bathroom is 5/5 stars a welldesigned, separating the toilet from the powder room, sink, and shower. They also have a bidet for those who frequently check this out when looking for a hotel like us. Wifi rated 4/5 stars based on our first night. Until we had a landline issue, thats when they were able to check the router and reset it. We were only able to use it on our last day. The atmosphere in the lobby is like a coffee project. The coffee at the coffee project was very bland and not good, so the atmosphere is making us remember it. But not terrible. Overall, i give it a 4.9 rating. I highly recommend visiting the britany hotel in bgc. The price is well worth it!.

Excellent service from the staff. The rooms are clean and spacious, and the location is fantastic, very pleasant. A great place to stay with family and friends. My favorite thing about this place is that it accepts pets.

The room is very clean and spacious. All staff, from bell boy to reception, waiter to housekeepers are very attentive and polite. Breakfast is ok. The location is perfect because i had an event at the adjacent mall. The lobby and bar / restaurant are clean, comfortable and comfortable. Turn down service is excellent.

Every new year, my family and i stay at hotels. This hotel is new, not even a year old, but i love it! Friendly staff, nice and clean rooms, nice buffet selection, great location next to sm aura. If you want to go to the main street, you have to walk, but it is exercise. The gym and pool are also clean. Very clean and clear water. Parking is also convenient, especially on a busy holiday. Kudos to miss mich and steff for looking after us during our stay. Restaurants are very cozy and a bit expensive, but what do you expect from a place like bgc? I highly recommend trying it.

I would definitely recommend this hotel. I wish i could stay longer. The staff attends to all my needs. They booked my grab rides quickly whenever i needed to go anywhere. The breakfast was delicious and the overall amenities were nice.

Hotel yang bagus untuk menginap selama satu atau dua malam ketika mengunjungi pulau. Sarapannya biasa saja, saya tidak tahu fasilitas apa yang tersedia. Hotel ini hanya berjarak beberapa ratus meter dari Jalan High Street.

Lokasi hotel bagus (di sebelah mega SM Aura) dan kamarnya nyaman. Kafe Tea for Two di L 1 sangat cocok untuk menikmati sore yang damai. Kamar kedap suara dapat ditingkatkan. Secara keseluruhan, pilihan yang bagus untuk menginap di BGC. Terima kasih kepada Marvin dan anggota tim lainnya karena telah menjaga kami!

Hotel ini terletak di sebelah mal dan dalam jarak berjalan kaki dari mal lainnya. Tempat yang sangat bagus. Hotel itu sendiri luas, bersih dan menyenangkan. Saya merekomendasikannya.
