Depending on your need: I wanted a place where I can cook and access nearby malls. In fact the area is safe and I liked the environment within and without... I had a chance of walking around during the night and never had to fear anything... I am not sure but I think this is one of places where i felt comfortable walking during the night. There are places like Ayala Garden where I spent two days just enjoying whatever was going there... no disturbance no massage girls to bother you etc. Another thing I liked the area is that there are restaurant and shops that run almost 24 hrs.

What was very impressive was how friendly the staff were during our stay. They are always willing to assist and always with a smile. Location is great central location. It was recommended to me by a friend and will do the same. Word of mouth is the best review. Will definitely be back. Would like to do a shout out to Nilo the bellman and Danica the room attendant.

Close to Green belt malls and cleaners are good in cleaning. Receptionist during check out need to be a bit friendly Aircon abit noisy in the rooms abs not very cold

Of course the main reason to stay in the BSA tower hotel is the location in front of Greenbelt 5 and the reasonable price. The staff was very helpful especially the help with booking a grab taxi is appreciated. The rooms are satisfactory, spacious and the bed and aircon are adequate. The rooms are not new, but what you see is what you get, and I use it for sleeping and putting my bags only, not that there is anything wrong with the rooms, but the rooms are slightly dated, which is more a question of what you want or are used to. Wifi works good. Breakfast can be had in Greenbelt 2 at 5 minutes walking distance in all safety. I only walk through Greenbelt, Landmark, Glorietta, SM...all these malls are connected. Recommended is to get to know the malls...take the effort...Ideal for stopover a few days after touring the countryside.

Treated like royalty, room was extremely large and had kitchenette, nice pool up on the upper level, great fitness center. Was given a tour of the roof, nice gardens up there and a great view. Loved my stay here.

Hotel manager & staff, guard/doorman & bellman very helpful, kind & accomodating. Housekeeping service excellent. Room cleaned, bed linens & towels changed everyday. Security well maintained. Convenient & accessible to chapel, restaurants, shopping, hair salon, museum & park. We were so delighted to stay for 26 days and will highly recommend BSA Tower to our relatives & friends in New York City.
