Having previously lived in the Philippines, I grasp the difference in a world class city major chain and a smaller Philippine city hotel. I was pleasantly surprised by this small hotel’s cleanliness and excellent service. The rooftop restaurant was a favorite for my wife. Their charming service matches larger chain hotels. The setting is “city-but-on-the-beach” and an evening beach walk was a must. We would certainly stay again. The graciousness of the hotel staff reflects the gentle, smiling people of the island. It would be my first choice for my next stay.

It was GREAT! I only booked for a night to see how the place was and since I had an impressive first day, I decided to extend for another night... breakfast was good, definitely one of my favourites in the hotel. The location is very accessible, walking distance from the places of interests in Dumaguete like the boulevard, church and Silliman Univesirty. Close to the port and the bus terminal. And the room will give you a nice view of the city!

The location is quite far from the boulevard. They also have free parking and drop off facilities too. Plus, the staff was very friendly. And then, the food here was nice with an atmosphere.

Among the many reasons it has a wonderful view, and the views are pleasant from the boulevard to the bell tower. On weekends, acoustic singers appear. Dinner was served at the Roofdeck bar. The bestseller Barkadahan package, which included all meat, was our choice. Maybe we didn't comprehend the menu correctly, but there were three meats: chicken nasal in sweet sauce, grilled pork belly I sweet sauce, and chicken necks! Whoa! That was a bad deal at 650 dollars! They said the singer would begin at rp. We departed at 80 minutes, but they were still looking at their gadgets. Ask the question!.

I stayed for a night and had a pleasant experience at El Baywiew. The staff is friendly, the room was clean, nice act and they serve a free buffet breakfast on the roof deck. The hotel was conveniently walking distance from the Boulevard where you can dine, relax and have drinks by the bay.

初めてのドマゲティでしたが、三つの価格帯の三か所のホテルを利用しました。中でもC & L ベイビューインが最もコストプァフォーマンスに優れたホテルでした。マニラやセブの同価格帯のホテルと比べても遜色がありませんでした。特にレストランやレセプションのスタッフ、ホテルドライバーの好感度は高かったです。いつでも問題をはらむバスルームの好さは特別でした。清潔でバスタブ等も使い勝手が好く、もちろん湯量も湯温も申し分なかった。予約段階では禁煙室のみですが、ベランダでの喫煙はリクエストしてOKでした。喫煙者はベランダ付きの部屋を手配しましょう。ドマゲティは街中や路上での喫煙も指定場所以外は厳しいですので、ユックリ穏やかにタバコを楽しめるのはホテルのみでした。但し新しい法律で全土で基本的にはホテルや飲食店での喫煙は全面禁止になっていますが、今回3か所のドマゲティのホテルを利用しましたが、3か所ともベランダでの喫煙は許可されました。フィリピンではかなりの数の地方都市を周りましたが、ドマゲティが最も清潔感のある街でした。評判とうりに美しい景観も併せ持って、フィリピンでの外国人の移入先候補一番も納得しました。因みに物価は安く無かったです。
