Callie's Cozy Staycation

Welcome to Callie’s Cozy Home! To ensure a pleasant and enjoyable stay for everyone, please take note of the following:

1. Make Yourself at Home
Everything in the unit is for you to enjoy—please treat it with care as you would your own home.
Feel free to use the pool (Please note that there is an additional charge of 150 PHP per person, or 300 PHP on holidays.)
Important: Keep food and drinks away from the pool area, and wear proper swimming attire when using the pool.

2. Keep the Vibe Relaxed
Maintain a peaceful environment by keeping noise levels low, especially during quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

3. Treat Our Space with Love
Handle all furnishings and appliances with care. If something needs attention or repair, let us know right away.

4. Let’s Keep It Tidy
Dispose of trash in designated bins or trash chutes.
Please wash dishes and utensils after use and keep the space neat throughout your stay.

5. No Smoking
Smoking is not allowed inside the unit including the balcony. Please coordinate with the front desk for the smoking area.

6. Guest Count and Parties
The unit accommodates a maximum of 3 guests.
Parties or large gatherings are not allowed to maintain a cozy and comfortable atmosphere.

7. Mindful of Rules
Kindly adhere to the house rules. Violations may result in fines ranging from ₱500 to ₱10,000, which we’d like to avoid.

8. Check-Out Time
Check-out is at 11:00 PM. Let us know if you need a little extra time—we’ll do our best to accommodate.

9. Be Neighborly
Keep common areas tidy and be considerate of neighbors, ensuring a pleasant environment for everyone.
