Welcome to Alexandria! We are thrilled to have you as our guest. We hope you have a wonderful and comfortable stay with us.

Just a few reminders to make your stay convenient and memorable as possible:

1. No smoking allowed inside the house.
2. No parties or events allowed unless approved in advance.
3. Quiet hours from 10PM to 5PM
4. Respect the neighbors by minimizing noise.
5. Keep the property clean and tidy.
6. Dispose of trash in the designated bins.
7. Follow any parking instructions provided.
8. Do not bring additional guests without prior approval.
9. Pets not allowed.
10. Turn off the lights & AC when not in use
11. Check in time is at 2pm Check-out time is at 12nn unless otherwise arranged.
12. Any damaged furnitures/kitchenwares will be charged.
13. Please do not touch any of the toys in the Entertainment Area.
14. Use of pool should be advised prior check in. We would need the names of the guests who will use the pool so we can register them at the admin office. Pool
access requires minimal fee ( Php 120 for adults & 60 for kids)
