Casa Minerva Tagaytay

1. Smoking is prohibited inside the house, including bedrooms and bathrooms. You may smoke at the balcony or lanai.
2. Drinking hard liquor to the point of intoxication is not allowed in the premises.
3. Any damages made on the property will be charged to the guest. ₱1000 will be charged for wet/soiled mattress and upholstery.
4. Pay the remaining balance (if any) and Security deposit (₱5,000), to be returned if no damages are incurred) to the caretaker before check-in.
5. Refrigerator is for use. We ask that you please empty the refrigerator of your leftovers prior to leaving.
6. The cooking tools are available for your use. Please clean up afterwards.
7. Grilling is allowed in our outdoor areas. Griller is provided. Caretaker sells charcoal at ₱50 per kilo.
8. Drinking water can be bought from the caretaker at ₱100 per 5-gallon container, inclusive of use of hot and cold water dispenser.
9. No outside visitors allowed without permission from the owner.
10. The house is privately owned. It is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises. Please observe safety precautions.
11. Keep the property and all furnishings in good order.
12. Only use furniture and appliances for their intended uses.
13. Pets are NOT allowed unless with prior notice and permission from owner.
14. Parking: Vehicles are to be parked in designated parking areas only. The gated garage can accommodate 2 cars but street parking is also safe in our neighborhood.
15. Use of wifi is free. For best results, please limit connections to 5 gadgets at a time.
16. Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens are included in the house, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We suggest you bring each towels and personal toiletries. Bathroom tissue is provided in the toilets inside the house.
17. Pool: Children are permitted in pools at any time with adult supervision. There is no lifeguard on duty so please observe safety precautions. Pool towels are for rent at ₱100 each.
18. Toilets: Please observe proper use of toilets.
19. Storage rooms, caretakers’ room and the open laundry drying area at the rooftop of the house are off limits to guests. However, effective December, 2023, we allow visitors to come up for a limited time (enough to take photos) on the nest chairs located at the rooftop for a minimal fee of ₱10 per person. Intoxicated guests will not be allowed on the rooftop due to risk of fall. Drinking alcoholic beverages on our rooftop is also strictly prohibited.
20. Bonfire set up is ₱500. We provide roasting sticks, just bring your marshmallows.
21. CLEAN AS YOU GO. Please be considerate as we may have guests checking in 2 hours after you check out.
22. Fortuitous Events: Reschedules can be made in such events.
23. Noise curfew is at 10:00 pm. No shouting, loud singing and loud music after 10:00 pm.
24. Bringing mobile gadgets (boom box, big speakers, amplifiers etc.) is not allowed without prior notice and can be charged (₱500).
25. Standard check out time is 12 noon. Allow at least 15 minutes for the caretaker to check for any damage or loss prior to check out. We charge ₱700 per hour in excess of 22 hours stay.
